We came with my family for 18 days, which we regretted, the hotel was clearly tired, the rooms were shabby, the cleaning was not cleaning at all. The smell in the bathroom is fetid, they called the reception, the problem was not eliminated, we sit and don’t know what to do for the rest of the days. Kavrolan is filthy with someone's vomit, so they covered it up, but the stains remained. As a small child, I mostly have to be with him in the room. And there's a poisonous smell from the sewer. Very disappointed. This is no longer Rixos, it's a pity.
