The hotel rooms are very old, the air conditioning does not work. We contacted the reception twice, both times the “repair” did not produce results. The master says everything works, that the air is flowing, but he doesn’t care that it’s not cold and doesn’t cool the rooms. The reception staff, or rather the customer service managers, are incompetent and do not know how to talk to customers at all. And in general, the attitude of the entire hotel staff towards guests leaves much to be desired; they do not react to anything at all. Everything is fine for everyone. There are no places in the canteen at the bazaar-station. You need to come either very early or before closing. The air conditioning doesn't work there either, it's impossible to sit there. The beach with huge, sharp stones, the water park for adults is very dirty.
