But here, since our arrival, there have been scandals after scandals with the hotel administration. I'll start in order. Settlement. We traveled all night, did not sleep, were at the hotel at 8 in the morning. Everyone smiled at us culturally, like Cheshire cats, wonderfully explained in Russian that we would have to wait until 12 o'clock, but for now go eat. The lobby at the reception is stuffy, although it was morning. In the dining room, stuffy, splits did not work anywhere!!! ! In the dining room they put something on themselves, terribly sharp and incomprehensible. You don’t have the strength to go to the beach, and you can’t leave things-documents. There were many people with children who were waiting for the settlement. We sat in front of the hypocritical Turks, who resettled exhausted people for money, those who want to hurry up, did not hesitate to freeze 470 dollars from those who want not in a bungalow, but in a room in the main building, when, as when searching on the Internet, the difference is only 200 dollars. Everyone walks away and gets angry. “We ask” with a scandal to show us that there really are rooms, and they are being cleaned !!! ! They took us to hell, they took us to someone else's living room, they made a mistake, they took us to another, but there were rooms, but they never settled anyone !! ! You see, no information was received from someone, you know who the hell. Already five hours later, after the swearing of people with the administration, we were glad that we had settled. BUT…. The child was not provided with bed linen, Mini = bar - empty and towels 2 - large and 1 - small????!!! . And it's 5 stars and all inclusive! Later we find out - under the bed - dirt - they didn’t wash it for 2 months, rotten food, pieces of paper, some = some spots all around, in the shower - the mold is unwashable and don’t laugh, people, the safe is torn off the wall - take it and carry it with documents and money where wish!!! ! We take pictures of this horror. And, until I forgot, while they sat for 5 hours - they were present at such a picture - the girl is crying, trying to achieve something from the Pegasus, and they dodge the conversation, after when she was completely hysterical = began to calm her down. We went to listen, they thought maybe the money was stolen from her, or something like that. She was settled the night before, she didn’t even sort out her suitcase, they gave us a TERRIBLE room, the vacation was ruined... , she wanted either to return the money or change the number. To which the representatives of Pegasus said - what did you want to get for that kind of money !!!??? ? What you paid for = what you got. How do you like this? Further - worse. The mini-bar was not filled for us even once after that, we approached and asked 3 times (1 time we cursed). The room was never cleaned, we rubbed the floors with our son's T-shirt - there was nothing else. With the participation of a large number of people in the next major scandal, the administration showed a photo from the room, everything was recorded, but the results were zero. True, splits sometimes began to be included. Towels in the rooms were not changed, when they sometimes came to throw out the garbage, then they put our wet and dirty ones neatly on a shelf... WHY? I'm talking about food, more or less. But many men went to swear that there was no meat... With fruit - not very much, but it will do, even though they ate azbuzov. Grilled meat can be obtained in the evening, standing in line for 20-30 minutes. If you didn’t take a table in the evening half an hour before dinner, then stop and wait for others! Ice cream for 9 days of our stay was given for free three times. But at the same time it is necessary to defend a huge queue in the very hell behind him. SPA services. Before tanning, I always try to visit, do peeling, etc. Massage is a must. But!! ! And then a deception - they promised - one thing, received - another, they deceived both in time and in money. Left here disappointed. One scam!! ! And hypocrisy!! ! Tours. Representatives of Pegasus have a percentage of services. DO NOT GO TO THE SIGHTSEEING TOUR OF ANTALYA! You will be taken for your money to the expensive shops of Antalya (gold, leather, knitwear - they went to museums, because many did not take money with them = Pegasus did not warn them)! Then they will land those exhausted by the heat and stuffiness on some beach (sand city) for an hour! Half an hour you will wander there, half an hour you will wait not to understand what. And then you will be taken to a restaurant, where you, like suckers in shorts and T-shirts, will sit in a separate area from the main customers, decent people in decent clothes, and wait until they bring you something that you can eat at the hotel for free and also drink for free and a lot! Feelings are terrible. Do not bring TURKISH SWEETS home especially cheap ones, our relatives spat at such "sweets". Maybe expensive and tastier, but the prices are 8-10 dollars!! ! For 1 box. There were pluses - Nature in Kemer = super, the sea is cool, the weather in June is wonderful. Territory in the hotel - well-groomed - gardeners worked well. The animators did their best. The children were especially pleased with their work. The general impression of the facilities and buildings of the hotel is not very good - everything is outdated, filthy, shabby. In the queue for ice cream, we learned that many people used to come here all the time until this year, until the owner changed. Before leaving, the Woman from Ostankino from some channel screamed loudly at the reception, called her people from the channel, asked them to come and film ALL THIS. And when they need, these Turks, they know Russian perfectly, when it is necessary to resolve the situation - they speak Turkish, they do not understand you AT ALL.
