We rested in this hotel in the first half of October 2021. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, settled in a bungalow for an hour and that was where all the good ended. All the money was stolen from the safe on the first day of our stay at this hotel, the gendarmes were called, to no avail. The entire hotel management doesn't care about you at all. We have never seen a dirtier hotel, dirt is everywhere, from the room to the beach. It is not possible to enter the toilets. The room is not cleaned at all, only the garbage is taken out. towels were changed 1 time in 11 days, 2 pillowcases were changed from the bed 1 time. We talked there with many vacationers, everyone was shocked by the service and the hotel itself. I haven't heard anything good from anyone. Everyone carries money with them and bathes in the sea in turn. People - how can this be in a 5 star hotel???!! ! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
