The work of the administrators at the reception desk is efficient. Wonderful family hotel. The area is well-groomed, clean, beautiful. Rooms are cleaned every day. The technical staff responds to problems very quickly. We relaxed in the VIP area, rented a gazebo / 80 euros per day /. This service is worth it: all children can be accommodated in a canopy, with two lounge chairs nearby. There is a safe, clean towels are brought in advance, wooden walkways between the gazebos. There is a separate bar for this area. The bartender is Khalil. He knows his job very well. Extremely polite, correct and quickly serves vacationers. We would like to express our deep gratitude to him.
I would also like to note the work of the SPA salon, a very friendly team. They treat vacationers with great attention. Special thanks to massage therapist Semikh.
He does massages very professionally. He is highly qualified, completed an internship in America, is polite, helpful, and speaks English. I did 6 general therapeutic massage treatments / 1 hour each / for 300 euros. I had pain in my back, shoulder blades, and shoulders. The healing effect was obvious! Thank you
