Incredibly comfortable mattress - as if floating in weightlessness. The beauty around the hotel is indescribable: mountains, forests, pines, sequoias, eucalyptus trees. The spirit is captivating! A huge plus (for me) - at 23.00 they turn off the music of the disco at the pool. You can rest easy and sleep well. True, some guests got so drunk that they screamed and fell into the pools until 2 am, but that's not the hotel's fault. . .
There are no queues anywhere - if you want ice cream - you come up and take it, if you want a cake - you take it and you don’t stand waiting. It seems that the hotel is not small, but there are no crowds and this is at full load.
There is a bus to the beach, but it's not far to go - well, 5 minutes through unreal beauty. Not stressful at all.
And what a beach! A beautiful bay surrounded by a chic park! Sand. Comfortable sun loungers. A beautiful water park, although the pools were cold, but we don’t swim in them.
As for the food: good (not great), but quite. Always a huge selection of DELICIOUS AND DIFFERENT cakes, fruits. Even the soups are delicious. Just enough, without big queues. Well, maybe a little variety of meat was not enough, but that's not the point. We were satisfied. Normal snack in the water park - barbecue, fries, salads.

All in all, I can only say thank you. They gave us a good mood and a positive charge. I recommend the hotel. This is the place where you want to return.

We liked the hotel itself. Beautiful, green. The only thing I didn’t like was the inviolability of the parks, it’s impossible to go there. They said that because of the archaeological excavations. There are bars on the beach, sun loungers, a heated pool, so it's cool, there are also fast foods on the beach who don't want to go to a restaurant for lunch can have a bite to eat there. . .
The sea is of course super, sandy beach (aqua shoes are not needed). Alcoholic drinks are offered locally, quite normal in quality. You can also take more famous brands for a fee. The attitude of the bartenders (except for two guys and a girl) is simply boorish. You almost throw a glass. This is not only our comment. Pour mostly into paper cups. Imagine, in the evening, Turkey, you and your beloved are on the balcony of a restaurant, drinking wine from paper cups. Romantic. (although they also use glass glasses and glasses, which we did not understand).

There is always something missing. Water park - two slides. They worked intermittently, apparently there were problems with the supply of water to them. Keepers of the slides from the hotel look at their phones, so it is important to take safety actions yourself. So that a child or an adult does not slide onto a person in the pool. We had a specific case when our daughter went right after her mother and ran into her in the water. Mom was taken out of the pool, she was ill, breathing heavily. At that moment, the pool staff came for help. I don't know how it all ended. Therefore, make sure that no one is near the descent.

We are not a picky family, and not a problematic one. We always drive calmly, do not make noise, do not scandal. It happens that you like something, you don’t like something, this is quite normal and natural. For my pluses and minuses, which I described above, my rating would be 4. But in the middle of the vacation, an incomprehensible situation happened to us, which I still sort out today.
We were supposed to rest for 12 days, on the sixth day our number was blocked. The hotel director approached the reception (he introduced himself as such) and an employee of the travel agency. The director, through a travel agent, told us that there was a person on board the plane we flew with COVID 19. In this regard, we need to move to a quarantine block and pass tests at our own expense. After an hour-long conversation and other things that we have no symptoms, we rest at the hotel for 6 days, ... we were threatened that if we did not agree, the police and the medical service would take us to quarantine in the hospital. We moved to the quarantine block of the hotel. It is strictly forbidden to leave the room. Thank God I bought wi-fi and we had at least some kind of connection. We were fed three times a day. They brought a lot of food, for which many thanks to the kitchen staff and the personally responsible restaurant, who brought food to us. However, we hardly eat, practically. They fed the child. Themselves something barely... The mood was completely different. More precisely, there were a lot of thoughts. Vacation is canceled, the situation is incomprehensible...
And so, the next day. In the morning a team of doctors (a private clinic) came to the room. Swabs were taken from all three of them from the pharynx and nose. The next day, at lunchtime, I already wrote to the representative of Coral by WhatsApp, they said wait. Also, the tour operator said that if everything is fine, continue your vacation, no need to worry. Finally, they wrote that we had negative tests. But for some reason, we need to leave the hotel soon, or we will be in quarantine, about 14 days. We were there for 2 days already almost gone crazy, sitting the three of us in the same room, not to mention 14 days. We were told to fly only to Moscow (we are from Novosibirsk), or not at all, I found a direct flight, they refused me, saying that it was not their partner. From Moscow to Novosibirsk at your own expense.
To understand the situation. We are sitting in a room like in a prison, there is only barely the Internet on one phone. Coral simply ignores us, hangs up, reads messages, but does not answer. In general, we decide that we need to go from there the faster the better, until something else happens. We fly on the third day of quarantine to Moscow at Sheremetyevo. From there, with full luggage, through two Aeroexpress trains and the metro to Domodevo (we would not have had time to catch the flight by taxi). And a day later, without sleeping for two nights, we arrive in Novosibirsk. We ate for the first time in a day on the second plane at night. In the first to Moscow, we were given only water. And then there was just no time. We really just ran everywhere, with a child, with suitcases, with bags.
Arriving, they re-tested, everything was negative. Naturally. The first thing that was interesting, but what about the other people on board? ! And as it turned out, no way. It only affected us. How did it happen? ! I do not know. Filed a complaint with Coral, it was ignored. Letters were submitted to Meder, they were ignored. They submitted letters to the clinic in Turkey, where they did the tests, they were ignored. Sued. For 5 days of vacation in Medera, in total, I spent about 200t. r. And somehow brought his family back home.

According to all media (including the date of publication), if a person was in contact on an airplane: wearing a mask - no symptoms, continue to rest without tests (we were wearing masks), without a mask - a test is done at the expense of the hotel and in case of a negative result, tourists continue to rest. Very good hotel location and great food. Close to the center and to the beach too. The first time I rested on the second line and didn’t really feel it. For me, a big plus is the normal temperature in the hotel, when you come from the beach and do not get "in the freezer", but in a comfortable temperature.

The mini bar is empty, only water is provided. Bathroom combined. Hair dryer old style. Bathroom with curtain. Let it be simple, but in general everything is clean and neat. There is no kettle for tea/coffee in the room. This is of course inconvenient but not critical for us. The territory is small, almost all of it is occupied by the pool. The main pool has a small children's area. Pretty good animation. Animators are pleasant, sociable cheerful. Animation every day. Disco three times a week until 23.00. If the rooms are on the pool then it will be heard in the room. When you check in, just say what kind of room you need. Children's animators also work quite well. The staff is friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian. Pretty good food. There is variety in meat turkey chicken daily. Normal fish and beef every other day. The chef communicates with the guests. Soups for lunch, porridge for breakfast. Alcohol is only local. So it smoothed out a lot of the downsides. Plus, the hotel is in a quiet location. Walking distance to the center is 15-20 minutes. Internet in the lobby. There is no internet in the rooms even for a fee. So this point also needs to be taken into account. To be honest, the hotel is worth the money if you take it at a good price. We are personally satisfied and thanks to our travel agent Dmitry Kukin, if it were not for him, we would either not have to go at all or reduce the number of nights. We didn’t need anything special, and he very quickly found us a suitable option, and even gave advice in the country on what to save money on and what is better to choose. Very satisfied with his work. Now I recommend this specialist to everyone; you can easily find him by his last name on the VKontakte social network. In general, it turned out to be a great holiday even with a small budget!
