The vacation is ruined!!!!!! ! I found out what a "rubber hotel" is. Upon arrival, there were no places in this hotel, they settled in another hotel. Those who refused another hotel just slept in the lobby.
For 9 nights, the linen was never changed, the toilet was leaking endlessly, until they managed to call the plumber. The TV did not work, but this is the worst thing....
Everyone who was moved to other hotels ate at this hotel. The dining room is designed for only one hotel, in order to have lunch, it was necessary to stand in line for 1.5 hours. !!!!!! ! 2 times they gave mashed potatoes, which he himself put 1 TABLE SPOON (no more) on a plate, stewed vegetables with chicken (where there is only a smell from chicken, God forbid you will find a couple of pieces 1 * 1 cm) too I applied it myself. Repeatedly I came across hair in food...... In general, we went hungry, ate in neighboring cafes for money.

In the bar they give only wine, diluted to such an extent that it is impossible to drink, they poured it in their own basement of the hotel, by the way, water is also poured into the cooler from the tap! To drink wine, you need 20-30 minutes to find one of the staff to they poured it. The attitude towards people is disgusting, they decide who and how much to drink...... It feels like they arrived at a pioneer camp, at 21.00 lights out.
Of the staff, only one speaks broken Russian, someone walks in nothing, no single clothes, no badges... They water the territory with a hose, the children fall, slippery... Wi-Fi catches only in the lobby, you have to wait 10 minutes to catch him, sit in stuffiness. In the pool, the water was never drained, the children swagger in it, then they don’t get off the toilet....
You can write a lot of bad things that happened there, the result is one, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, DO NOT SPEND MONEY AND YOUR NERVES!!! !
