We arrived at the hotel late at night because at the airport we lost our luggage from our entire flight, okay, they began to check us in not in the main may room building, but in hell knows what under the pretext that there are no places.
For all the time they have not been cleaned even once, although this is not critical, only the hotel manager understands Russian (fat, arrogant Turk). We explained everything in English, it seems that everything should be inclusive, at least to a minimum, but alas, in my regiment where I served, they fed MUCH BETTER !!!
The wine is diluted with water, at least they would not be dishonored !!!!
The staff is never there, everyone is hiding somewhere and you can find who the hell.
All arrogant, service "0" hang themselves for a penny, constantly openly offer that we give them more money, as if as a token of "gratitude", SERIOUSLY??!!
For what ?? ? For the finished relation to people or for absence of service???

Of course, I did not count on gilded mansions, but there is nothing in the room except for the bed and the toilet! Nothing at all! With the same success it was possible to sleep in a tent! Seriously, I'm a man with a lot of patience but this hotel has pissed me off!!!
DONT GO HERE!!!
Save money, and most importantly nerves.
And I forgot to say, if you want to sit on vacation on the Internet, break off, Wi-Fi does not work as it should or you will have to stand at the reception and die from the heat because there are no condos either!
