I have never written a hotel review before. But now I do it on purpose to warn tourists who do not want to spoil their vacation for their own money. The tour operator captivates with the seeming cheapness, but, honestly, it is better to pay extra to never see this hotel in your life. It can be liked only by those who come to Turkey for the first time and when there is nothing to compare with. The rest of the hotel is simply shocking. Let's start with the fact that it is declared as a four. But in reality it's three! Moreover, it is dead and long in need of repair. Probably, for giving a four, someone was given a big bribe.
The air conditioning in the rooms is very poor. Next to me was a room in which it did not work at all, and the tenants changed daily in it. Because people went and scandalized. And believe me, at 45-55 degrees you will need air conditioning in the room! Especially if you are "lucky" and your room will be under the roof on the fifth floor, where there is just a real steam room. At the same time, neither in the corridors, nor in the lobby, nor in the restaurant, air conditioners work at all. Save. My friends in the room did not have a flush in the toilet bowl, so they threw the shower over to draw water into it. Here is such a service.
Moreover, management still manages to earn money on all these “charms”: if you want to move in, pay an additional 30 euros! I was generally scammed for a surcharge from the very beginning. First they showed the room "my" and "improved" for an additional fee. At the same time, I agreed to conditionally “mine”. But only an hour later, when they had already offered to move in, this number was already "occupied" by someone. And I was offered a room with a view of a real chicken coop (yes, yes, with chickens). This despite the fact that until 14:00, when they check into the room, there were still a few hours and NOBODY DID NOT CAME TO THE HOTEL DURING THIS TIME. From this I conclude: managers are doing everything so that you agree to move for a fee. Now about the restaurant. The air conditioning does not work, so it will not be possible to sit and enjoy. Moreover, there are clearly not enough places in the restaurant itself and in all street areas for all those living in the hotel. And watching tourists fly in to take their seats is still a pleasure. If you decide to come later, when the seats are free, be prepared for the fact that most of the dishes will not be available at all.

In general, the territory of the hotel is very small and clearly not designed for the number of residents. Three tiny pools, around which sunbeds stand in a row along the hotel wall. At the same time, there is only one umbrella! Well, the second one just has nowhere to put it. The entire area is tiled, which heats up in the heat. Greens - exactly a tiny piece at the end with the same chicken coop that I wrote about above. There is also a type of reservoir of some kind with rotten green water.
Separately, it must be said about the BEACH. Because this hotel does not have a beach in principle, in fact it is just an exit to the sea twenty meters wide and about fifty long. Between the fences from the boat station and the five-star hotel, these beauties pulled rags that replace the awning and put several rows of sun loungers. People sit steaming in the heat, someone smokes, there is no air movement at all. While there were few vacationers, we crawled into the territory of a five-star hotel. Well, then the scandals began.
Separate as if about the management at the reception. People come at night, early in the morning. Waiting 14 hours or when the rooms are free. But to say, as is customary in all hotels in the world, that they can leave their luggage, go for a walk, go to a restaurant, etc. etc. No, we haven't even heard of that. Let them sit in the lobby and take a steam bath. WI-FI. It is necessary to pay 10 dollars and for one gadget. If you want your phone and computer to work, pay 20, etc. In this case, the connection is constantly interrupted. They claim to work all over the place. But this is not true.
