While waiting for check-in for the flight, we read the latest reviews about the hotel and whether they wanted to stay in Rostov so as not to spoil their vacation completely, but when they arrived at the hotel they were pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly, we were fed immediately and were ready to settle. If we hadn't met Anatoly!! ! Thanks to Him and all the guys from the hamam. Professionals and masters of their craft! We highly recommend a massage there! They were very attentive, without rudeness and vulgarity. We were given a choice of room which we were happy with. There were 5 towels for two, clean, hair dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator - everything worked. And there was (you won’t believe it) 5 toilet paper rolls) There was a safe, but there was an additional fee. The Internet was only in the lobby, but we didn’t need it either, because we were going to rest, and not sit in insta. The food was varied and delicious! It's just that the people who rested with us, it seems that they were starving, and for a long time))) They left mountains of food on plates, out of greed or something))) which the poor waiters did not have time to throw into the trash cans. Alcohol is not elite, but vouchers are not for 1000 USD))) let's not forget))) The waiters and bartenders are very friendly, despite the rudeness, and sometimes our "bydyachestvo"))). The highlight of the hotel - they turned out to be a brother and sister from the "leather and fur" store - you rarely meet such cheerful and positive people, we didn't laugh heartily))) And they also have high-quality products!
In general, the rest, the atmosphere of the hotel, the staff, the service are very satisfied. This is exactly the option when for little money you get 10 times more pleasure!! !
