We chose the hotel based on reviews on otpusk. ua, where the rating is 8.3. As it turned out, they made the wrong choice.
We rested with the family at the beginning of August 2021 and were disappointed in the hotel. I don’t know why there are so many positive reviews, maybe I’m spoiled Galya, or we are so lucky, or I don’t understand something. Not the first time we rested in the 5-ke and have something to compare. This hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. Maybe once it was like that, but at the moment, as for me, the maximum is 3+.
Let's start with the good: the sea, location, large green and well-groomed territory. Lucky with the room, in terms of views - the sea. No one asked for money for this at the reception or even hinted at it. Upon arrival, they helped to carry the suitcases.
Now for the bad.

The room is old and worn out. It looks like it hasn't been done in a long time. The refrigerator is also old, but it did not cool. It was colder in the room with the air conditioner on than in it. Since we were on vacation with a one-year-old child and he has lactose intolerance. We were forced to take lactose-free dairy products with us. They needed a refrigerator to store them. But alas. . . I contacted the reception three times, but the issue with the refrigerator was not resolved. The master came, looked into it and left. This is how it all ended. At my request to put these products in some other refrigerator before repairing ours, the hotel workers put dairy products, as it turned out later, in the freezer. As a result, the products froze and after defrosting they became nothing and the child did not eat them, I had to throw everything away. Upon arrival, they met us, leaving a bottle of Turkish wine and dirty glasses in the room. At what dirt is visible to the naked eye. Towels are old, some came across with holes. The cards for opening the doors were demagnetized, I had to run to the reception many times and get new ones. The rooms are cleaned badly, regardless of the tip. They will put swans for tips, but it does not affect the quality of cleaning.
Food: Many kinds, but they were the same every day. However, I was able to choose a few dishes that were more or less tasty. But this is an amateur. Drinks, in particular cheap juices, resembled Jupi. Alcohol cheap Turkish. Dishes came across broken. There is practically no food for children under 3 years old, there are only Turkish fruit purees, at the end of the holiday one or two types of vegetable purees appeared. Therefore, who eats with very young children, take it with you. The food was handed out by the kitchen workers. And this also had to be experienced. For example, you ask to pour mashed potatoes, puts one tablespoon and gives it away, when you ask to add it, he looks at you indignantly as if you were a beggar and it seems that before that you already asked him and ate a whole pan. With fruits watermelon, melon, apples, plums, bananas, oranges, grapes and peaches. Delicious watermelons, melon, peaches and apples. There were very few peaches, if you didn’t take it for dinner right away at the opening of the dining room, that’s all... no, of course, if you are not a Turk. They were more lucky, they were given out from the counter. Cats walk around the dining room. But God is already with this, but they go to the toilet there. Not far from the table where we dined, the cat pooped. Showed to the waiters and asked to remove. No result, we left, and the poop continued to lie.
On the beach:
Pebbles, fruits and food were not given out. It was possible only beer, water and some kind of Turkish low alcohol. If you want fruit on the beach, you need to take it with you during breakfast, lunch. From food, you had to go to the hotel and they gave something similar to pizza and nuggets. Alcohol, including low alcohol, is all Turkish and, accordingly, not very good and tasty. The beach is practically not cleaned during the day, and in the evening along the way too. A lot of cigarette butts, plastic bottles and etiquettes, this garbage lay in the same place for several days. Half of the sun loungers are cracked and all dirty, they are not wiped at all. Beach towels are old and worn out.

Separately, I would like to say about the restaurants on the territory of the hotel - fish and it seems Chinese. It was possible once and there and there for free to sit. We only went to the fish market. . . that was enough. Divorce. You can only choose one dish. Moreover, if you want alcohol for free, only Turkish. I want a European pay. To taste, fish dishes do not differ from those given in the dining room. Yes, they differed from canteens (there were no such dishes), but what would it be wow, no. Didn't go to Chinese.
This is not all bad, but he described the general picture. If you want five, then this hotel is not recommended. Doesn't pull.
