So I'm at the naturlend forest resort hotel, having read reviews that were very contradictory, I decided myself, so to speak, to see with my own eyes and understand where the truth is. Any vacation begins with a tour operator, I rested with the CORAL operator, everything went fine, we were met in Antalya, taken to the hotel .....And now the “miracles” associated directly with the hotel begin. The registration at the reception was quick and polite, I voiced my request for a room with a balcony and two beds (I was resting with my son), the boy at the reception smiled politely and gave me a room key card. Since we arrived at the hotel at 23-00, we immediately went to bed .... in the morning I decided to go out onto the balcony and admire the views, at the same time see where at 4-45 in the morning the mullah called for prayer, so loudly that I jumped, parting the curtains, I was dumbfounded ... there was no balcony, but there was a blind window overlooking the stone wall !!! ! ! (photo attached) and it's on the second floor!!! !
After all, nowhere does it say that two floors down is below ground level! ! ! That is minus 2! The room smelled of damp, I began to look for mold, found .... the entire wall above the mirror was stained with black mold! ! ! (there is a photo) corners in the bathroom too .... carpet in some strange stains .....Therefore, the first thought in the morning: I HAPPENED ! ! ! Having decided to change the room, we went for breakfast. This is a holiday for those who can't eat in the morning!! ! ! I will list what was offered: soy sausage, eggs, corn flakes with cold milk, suspicious yogurt, 3 types of jam, bread and croissants and olives .... tea is not bags to choose from, but brewed in advance .... coffee machine... a rare muck ... and even burnt rice porridge .... and everything! ! ! They say at 9 in the morning they sometimes fry fried eggs or pancakes .....I don’t know, I didn’t see it. After breakfast we went to the beach.
You can go down to the bridge leading to the beach by funicular, or you can walk in the same time, the first impression on the way to the beach is ambiguous: very beautiful nature and wonderful smells of pine needles ... (this is when you walk through the territory of the Forest) and dirt ! ! ! Dirty paths, the area where the show is held has probably never been washed: stains, garbage ... not very pleasant. In general, dirt is the calling card of the hotel, it is dirty everywhere: in the elevator, dirty windows, paths in the corridor ... cups at breakfast are also dirty (there is a photo). And here we are on the beach: the sea is magnificent!! ! ! Clean, warm, calm ... small pebbles for children is what you need ! ! ! The beach itself is big, but…. yes, yes, dirty (there is a photo). The sunbeds are close to each other, not umbrellas from the sun, but a canopy, so when all the sunbeds are occupied, to put it mildly, it’s a bit crowded (there is a photo), the dirt on the beach is something, the feeling that it is never removed! Although a couple of times I saw a boy lazily wandering with a bag and pretending that he was collecting garbage.

The bar on the beach is open, the beer is surprisingly not bad, the rest: wine, Turkish vodka and gin have not tried. ... There are no good juices for children, they give diluted powders and just water, of course Pepsi, Fanta and Sprite. Pools: half of them do not work, those that work sunbeds are few of their Turks in the morning, the aquarium does not work and of course ha ha ... dirty, especially in the toilets (there is a photo), it's tough, sorry the photos do not convey the smell! And a little about the good: the territory is luxurious, especially upstairs in the Country, all the children are delighted with the zoo! Forest is beautiful too, Aqua is nothing special. As for the food and the canteen (there is no smell of a restaurant here! ) There is nothing to eat! ! ! From meat, chicken, and if you have time in the first ten minutes from the start of dinner or lunch, you can snatch a piece of turkey or beef, chicken or mackerel is also on the grill, and the grill is not washed and there is always a bitter crust on the pieces from the previous cooking!
For dessert, a cake and semolina in syrup, fruits: watermelons and melons, it’s better not to see how they are cut: they take a DIRTY watermelon, sometimes with lumps of earth and cut .... The show is not for the faint hearted! They also give apples and oranges .... Serving for dinner is amazing: tables are not covered with tablecloths! Drinks are poured into PLASTIC GLASSES!! ! ! Not enough plates! ! And of course there are queues everywhere! And dirt all around: shoes stick to the floor, tables are stained. Yes, I almost forgot: the canteen is on the street! ! ! Heat…flies, wasps…bon appetit! Service: waiters in dirty uniforms, and some even in their clothes, do not pay attention to guests more often, although there are a few people who try: in the beach bar and in the canteen bar, they smile, try to work quickly ... well done! Animation: it simply does not exist, or rather, several Turks of animators are trying to light it up ... and unsuccessfully, which is not surprising knowing only three phrases in Russian: come on, come on, good, what's your name!
The mini club has the same story, Russian kids have nothing to do there! Room cleaning: here I will say briefly: in two weeks they changed the bed twice, changed towels twice, did not wash the floors, did not wipe the dust! A BIG THANK YOU TO THE GIRLS WORKING TO HELP THE GUESTS, FOR THEIR ATTENTION AND DESIRE TO HELP! CHINCHI NAVA, NARGIZA, NATALIE, ELSA! ! YOU ARE THE BEST IN THIS HOTEL!
p. s this is not 5 stars, but a class tour (no stars), don't spoil your vacation, rest somewhere else, this is the worst hotel in Kemer, and of course it's not worth the money that people pay for it! ! !
