I do not recommend this hotel to anyone: upon check-in, they began to extort money in order to relocate from an unsuitable room (where it smells of dampness, plumbing does not work, dirt is rubbish) into a more or less suitable room! The territory is dirty, the staff does not bother themselves with cleaning. Of the five declared restaurants, only one canteen is open. And the food is poor and monotonous. If they gave meat, then a helical queue lined up behind it. We saw fruits only on the 4th day of our vacation, and then only apples and oranges. The wine was pressed sour several times. The bar only has vodka, whiskey and beer. Towels were not changed at all, they were simply put on a shelf. On the last day, when we vacated the room, we were told that we can no longer walk around the hotel, eat, etc. , and can only sit at the reception.
this is completely true, this is not my review, I just bought a ticket myself and flew away before the tour ended, this is -5 stars.
