If you are ready to move into a room that was not cleaned before you and you yourself are ready to clean it later, then you are here. No cleaning for 2 weeks! No washing supplies, towels are dirty, stained and they are also not changed. The bed linen is not changed after the previous tenants, the sheets are torn and they say that there are no new and clean ones.
The restaurant, if you can call it that, is even sadder. Complete unsanitary conditions, dirt, stench, no teaspoons, as well as glasses in general, only plastic ones, forks, spoons and plates are not enough, there are only 5 soup pieces. The food is ugly, they dump it out of the basins in front of you, like swill for pigs, tables with greasy and dirty paper tablecloths, or rather covered with paper. There is no coffee, there is only its tasteless substitute. Tune in to the same food every day: rotten tomatoes, cucumbers, moldy olives and burnt soy patties floating in fat, instead of cheese, cubes of cheesy tasteless substitute product that falls apart. The porridge is "cooked" in front of you, pouring cold milk from the bag into the oatmeal and diluting it with hot water. There are no fruits. Kitchen workers dressed in dirty tracksuits, standing at the distribution, smoke and smoke right in the face, throwing bulls on the floor. Complaining is useless, just accept.

At the reception sits a Ukrainian administrator Oksana, who takes an additional fee of 30 dollars to settle in a decent room, but you will have to wash it yourself, buying detergents for disinfection. The administrator does not know how to communicate, speak, a complete lack of education and etiquette. All the chairs in the hall are dirty and pissed off by cats that sleep there.
The hotel positions itself according to the "All Inclusive" system, but there is no alcohol, since it was possible to beg for 50 grams of wine, and then after complaints to the representative of Pegasus. Even Cola needs to be guarded here, we only managed to drink a couple of glasses. The tap water is cloudy.
