Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

In fact, I would rate it lower than 1. Terrible hotel. I strongly do not recommend going here even to those who plan to relax economically. It is better to pay a little extra, but check in under normal conditions and in another hotel, of which there are a lot in Kemer.
The plumbing in the rooms was broken, the air conditioner dripped before our arrival and the whole wall was wet. We lived on the 1st floor opposite the main building, the balcony does not close.
The room was cleaned twice in 7 days (washed the floor and took out the trash), towels and bedding were not changed throughout the rest.
A drunk girl of unknown nationality constantly stands at the bar, who tries to pour alcohol from which there was only wine, 2 bottles per day for 250 people (it feels like it tears from the heart). There is no security, a passage yard.
I sympathize with those good people who work there seasonally (Ukrainian women). Thanks to them for their hard work and good attitude towards tourists.
