Неплохой отель, но огромные проблемы с чистотой в номере Good hotel, but huge problems with cleanliness in the room

We chose this hotel because of the large territory and the water park, and everything was fine with that. But the room greatly spoiled the impression of the rest. We lived on the first floor with access to the pool, upon checking in, we immediately noticed drips on the walls and dirty tiles on the floor, but the bathroom was worst of all, mold was everywhere. Even the disposable kit was half wet. Everything is very old, literally in every little thing is felt. Water flowed in the toilet after draining, it was impossible to switch the water to the shower in the shower room, with great efforts it was possible to make a mixed mode (50 to 50 faucet-shower). On the first day they wrote a complaint, they promised to fix it, but alas.
The rest of the hotel is good, especially the water park. A lot has been done for children. Food is average.
