The main criteria for our choice of hotel were comfortable conditions for a holiday with a small child: proximity to the airport, cozy and closed to outsiders on the 1st line, the availability of cots, baby food, high chairs, playground, children's pool, comfortable event at sea… Club Zigana HV-1 fully meets all these criteria.
The hotel itself is located in a former reserve and has a large, cozy and tidy area. Each tree is numbered, some buildings were built in such a way that a tree grows in the middle of the stairs to the second floor. Orange and pomegranate trees with fruit can be found on site; there are many cozy places with hammocks, benches, park sculptures of all kinds of deer, bears, kangaroos…
All conditions for recreation are also created for adult vacationers: several swimming pools (one of them with artificial waves), 3 water slides, several bars, a good hammam, sauna, refrigerators with soft drinks, etc. Every morning you could take freshly squeezed orange juice and every day for lunch - ice cream (delicious, goat's milk). We had no complaints about the food, as well as the quality and range of products. Cleaning in the room was carried out daily without additional "thanks" from us. It is difficult to appreciate the work of the animators, as only children's discos, which our little one liked, attended the entertainment events.

In general, the lower staff (cleaners, maids, gardeners, bartenders) are quite friendly, which can not be said about the reception staff and hotel management policy in general (read more - read my story "To Turkey with a small child - my first experience").
The negative aspects include:
1) availability of Wi-Fi only at the reception and by the pool;
2) the presence of sewage odor on the territory;
3) during our vacation, one of the ladders for entering the sea was quite shaky and needed repair, as even small waves could cause injuries (I hope it has already been repaired);
4) the rooms in the hotel are quite old (although not critical) and need if not repair, then at least renovation;
5) high humidity in the rooms located on the 1st floor.
We are not quite demanding tourists and are not experts in the tourism business, but in general, the hotel Club Zigana has lived up to our expectations and in our opinion fully meets the stated category HV-1. If anyone has any questions - write, we will be happy to answer.
