They didn't go there of their own free will. Another hotel was booked, but 3 days before departure we changed it to Ziganu. We were not disappointed at all and were very pleased with our stay.
Lovely friendly atmosphere, beautiful grounds, swimming pools (without the smell of bleach), a special highlight-pool with waves. Animators - well done, entertain people all day. I especially remember Mr. Chupa-Chups! Charming guy, energetic, cheerful, with a charming smile.
As for food, we had enough. Of course, there were no delicacies, but no one remained hungry. Of the fruits were apples, pears, plums, tangerines, grapes, pomegranates. Ice cream for lunch and dinner, 6 types! I can’t say anything about alcohol, but people drank and didn’t hear anyone complain. Bottles are opened before our eyes, no one dilutes anything.
As for the rooms, for a small surcharge, we changed the standard to a family one. The rooms are tired, of course, but everything worked. Comfortable beds, snow-white linen, mosquito nets on the windows. Air conditioning was not used, it was not necessary. Slept with windows open.
We did not experience any inconvenience with the Internet. We went to rest, including from phones and computers. To communicate with relatives, one could go to the reception or to the bar and pool area.
Beach. In general, there were enough sunbeds, good awnings from the sun.
Entrance to the sea from the platform or from the piers. There are two of them. For some, this may be a minus, but for us it seemed better than entering the sea on pebbles and stones. For children there is a piece with a sandy, gentle entry into the sea, very convenient. In general, it is very nice to have a rest with children here! It can be boring for young people. Active life here ends around 12.
The disco is held indoors, so nothing interferes with sleep, silence at night ...
