Let me start by saying that we are not very picky and cheerful people! Every year, for 8 years in a row, we visit Turkey and stay in hotels of this category, we have always been lucky and we were delighted with the holiday. But this time something went wrong...Arriving at the hotel, the first thing we heard at the reception was: “Will you give me a gift? Do you want a good room? ” When we got up to our room, we were surprised, to put it mildly: the toilet was decorated with “liquid stool” decor ", an ashtray with cigarette butts was waiting for us on the balcony, the floors were all stained and the bed linen was stained. The room was booked for 4 people, but there were only 3 beds. The next two days we begged and knocked out a fourth bed! Room cleaning leaves much to be desired; only the trash was taken out and towels were changed occasionally. We bought detergents from the store ourselves and cleaned the room so that we could live comfortably. The hotel has two elevators, there is also decor on the glass inside, but in the form of a man's dignity...
The elevator makes a terrible noise and doesn't always work. The electricity kept going out. If you want to drink coffee or juice, unfortunately you will not be able to do this at any time of the day, because water simply flows from the machine. Food in this hotel is a separate form of art: there are flies on all the food, the food is dirty, stained, and beaten. The food is very monotonous and not tasty. The worst thing was when our whole family got poisoned. Two days of rest were thrown into the abyss, because there was no strength to move, in the following days the smell of food makes you sick...The hotel area is unkempt, the pool is not cleaned, there is practically no animation, the bartenders seem to be doing you a favor when you ask for a drink or ice cream. . The staff is arrogant and unresponsive. Hotel guides pretend to listen to you and then do nothing. There is always a crowd of dissatisfied guests at the reception; the staff smiles and shrugs their shoulders.
We were saved only by the beauty of nature, the beautiful road to the beach and the breathtaking sea! We strongly do not recommend this hotel, take care of your health and nerves!! ! Shame on the hotel!
