I didn't like everything about the hotel. There is dirt and unsanitary conditions everywhere. Our first room was cleaned 5 days after check-in, and you can’t even call it cleaning. We mostly change the towels ourselves; they are stained of unknown origin and often torn. Beach towels cannot be changed. The staff is not friendly, almost all of them do not speak or understand Russian, and they do not respond to fair comments. A separate guide from TZHZ-tour refuses to solve our problems, offering to take photographs and contact the reception ourselves. Tourists poison me with food.
