Having received our tickets and vouchers 3 days before departure, we packed our things and calmed down.

The flight was scheduled for 25.07 at 04.00 am. Arriving at 02.00 at Domodedovo airport, we first find out at the check-in desk that we are not on the flight!! ! AS?? ? I go to the Tez Tour counter. The employee began to mumble something, then be rude, and in the end, he told us that WELL, YOU ARE NOT ON THE FLIGHT! And what are our problems! My indignation knew no bounds! My child was crying....the rest is ruined... Then the Tez Tour employee began to convulsively call up someone, again mumbling into the phone something about a mistake and about the fact that I demand compensation! In the end, he said that PROBABLY!! ! PROBABLY Carl!!!??? ? We will be transferred to another flight in ten!! ! hours! We were not provided with a hotel, food, or offered to pay for a transfer. . .
Let's go back to Moscow. In the morning at 10.00 (namely, what time travel agencies and tour operators start working! ) I started calling Tez Tour, "Turskidki. Ru". In the second case, they did not know at all that we were not put on the flight. Hmm, strange, because Tez Tour is your direct partner!! ! How so???
In the Tez Tour, after TWO hours of showdowns, the Tez Tour manager ANDREY (ext. 1616) offered me to buy tickets at my own expense!! ! For he can’t help me with anything..... You didn’t mix up anything guys ?? ? I have already paid for the tickets!!!!
After some time, they called me back and said that our flight was leaving in 3 hours and that there had been some kind of failure! New tickets were sent to the post office (after another hassle).

Result: Tez Tour mixed up flight numbers and departure times. And spit on everything and everyone. Crash, they have! You have a glitch in your head!! ! So we lost a full day at the hotel! ! I almost turned gray! The child is upset! About the transfer from Antalya to the hotel, I agreed all the way to Domodedovo.

We were met in a large jeep with a TV and air conditioning. (like so Tez Tour apologized? ))) We collected all the traffic jams in Antalya - a weekday, evening....we arrived at the hotel for dinner.

The reception openly hints about money. Rough girls. Of course, I didn’t pay anything - we were exhausted by the road, and in general the mood was terrible....We were offered a miserable room in building B. I didn’t even look (read the reviews) and said no, let’s get another one. Settled in a villa. . . Building C.... Mom dear, this is hell!
There are no windows, the carpet is so dirty that it was scary to take off your shoes. Seeds all around(((My child pricked her leg on the glass from a broken glass! The furniture is old, wrapped with electrical tape! After my trip to the reception, we were promised another room in the morning.

At lunch we were given another room overlooking the pool and mountains. Building B, 3rd floor. The room is tiny. The bathroom is so big that you can't spread your arms out to the sides. The shower cabin is like a crypt....I can’t imagine how an adult man can fit in there... we barely climbed sideways...
I was alerted by a plastic bottle on the balcony, into which a hose from the air conditioner was inserted. The maid assured me that everything was good. Well, okay. . . In the evening, returning to the room and turning on the air conditioner, I realized the purpose of this tube. . . The bottle filled up very quickly with water. I poured out the water once, twice... it's already night... Nope... I didn't pay money for this !! ! Another trip to the reception! I didn't just talk anymore, I screamed! For my strength was already gone... The administrator, the technician, and the maid went to the room... While we were gone, the water flooded the entire balcony. As a result, the technician attached a hose that was directly connected to the drain... They promised to change the number... No words...
The next morning they gave me a room in building A with a view of the rooftops and the wasteland… No, thanks… We stayed in our tiny room.
I will not write much about the hotel, because there are enough comments about it. I will note some, in my opinion, inaccuracies.
The territory is small, there is nowhere to go at all (although the reviews say that it is large). SMALL!! ! But beautiful and green. The truth is polluted with seeds!! ! The food is normal, there is a lot of it for every taste. We are of little interest in the question of food in principle, we do not go to eat - to rest. I was pleased with the eastern night: they cooked crayfish)) delicious) a lot) A lot of meat on the grill.
The fountains worked every evening, except for a couple of days when it rained.
Pleased with children's slides. The child is delighted! Not a bad playground. Only trampolines are torn. Be careful! Huge holes. They are just covered with mats. There are children's attractions for $1.
In my opinion, there is not enough bar in the residential part of the hotel: neither drink nor drink)) Only bass…

No food or drinks are allowed in the rooms. And you can't go to the beach. Well, it's not critical. Yes, and that's right)
