We arrived late in the evening, we had two rooms booked. To our question, show us the rooms, the girl Jana at the reception said that it was fully occupied. We were given rooms on the first floor, and one of the rooms was given for the disabled. After waiting for the morning, we went to the reception to find out if there really are any free rooms, as it turned out, there are normal rooms...for an additional fee. We quickly went to collect our things, in a hurry I left two adult sports jackets on a hanger in the wardrobe. When I returned 1.5 hours later to the reception and informed the employee. He said that they would either bring it or carry it themselves (as it turned out later, it was a joke from the employee), so he explained it to me when I asked to find my things. For 3 hours I waited for their honesty, but no miracle happened, they did not return the items, when I asked to see the cameras, they said they were not working.
Food: monotonous, not always tasty, always the same.
Room cleaning: very bad, the hotel grounds are green, but very dirty.
