In the restaurant, the waiters barely work, they are in no hurry to clean the tables, and if they do, they do not carry new appliances. You have to ask them for napkins all the time, because they are not put along with the appliances. During the meal you can order drinks, but they will be brought to you when you are ready to leave, or maybe they will not be brought at all. I had to tell the head of the restaurant about this. He arranged a brainwash for the waiters, they became a little quicker. There were no theme nights. Twice a week lunch was arranged ONLY in the snack bar, silence in the main restaurant. There is no warning about this anywhere. . The queue grows old incredibly, they don’t have time to cook, people stand and just wait for something to be ready to eat. Near the pool in the morning there is something that our vacationers have not thrown into the trash since the evening, because. e. cigarette packs, banana skins, etc. etc. No one is in a hurry to clean up. The situation is the same on the beach. Children's animation - well done! Maybe my child has grown up and he was already interested, maybe there were simply a large number of children, but my child, 4.5 years old, constantly ran to the mini club and asked for a mini disco. Before that, he had always been interested. Decorate a child's face with an animal for $5!! ! I heard they do it for free. Adult animation is normal, expected more from Turkey. Would not recommend this hotel to friends. You can go there for the weekend at the most.
