I'll be honest. Always understood. that the opinion of the hotel - a subjective thing. But after reading the reviews, I was apprehensive. In the end, I am very glad that my worst expectations were not met. I was satisfied with the hotel. For a treshka, it's not even bad.
Now for the points.
Location is far from the center. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the white tower at a fast pace, and this is not 250-300 m, as they write in most cases in the description of the hotel.
Service - the attitude of the staff is very friendly. If there is a problem, everything is solved very quickly and with a smile. But only the girl from the reception speaks Russian well - Gulya, the rest of the staff in the general mass speaks English (only a little bit in Russian).
Food - everywhere they write that it's bad. But we didn't go hungry. All the guests of the hotel were surprised. Because everyone read bad reviews about the kitchen, but there were no problems with food.

For breakfast, different types of muesli, vegetables, scrambled eggs, eggs, buns, jam, honey.
For lunch - puree soup. meat, various side dishes and salads and 2 types of desserts. For dinner the same (but with a different set of dishes, of course). The bar is a normal, not razbozhenny booze. Normal beer, vodka, gin, red and white wine, etc.
The room is cramped. But I lived alone and I was fine. Ordinary furniture. Two beds, bedside tables, wardrobe. TV stand and TV stand. Balcony (not very good view). There are problems with plumbing, the water in the shower does not drain well. But there is always hot water (people from other treshkas always complain that the water is always cold). Room cleaning every day. But they don't clean up very well. Towels and linen are changed every three days.
The territory is small. Nothing special, but cozy.
Entertainment is not provided. But we tripled the Turkish night. they baked a big cake in the form of a Turkish flag, roasted fruits on the fire and arranged incendiary Turkish folk dances.
And so, we entertained ourselves - we arranged a mini-disco at the bar in the evening (and during the day too).
The beach is a bit far if you walk. 15 minutes. But in the season 2 times a day there is a bus from the hotel. The beach has large pebbles. Sun loungers and umbrellas for free.
But we also went to the beach of the 5 star hotel opposite. There are small pebbles. We were not driven from there.
In general, I am personally satisfied with the hotel. I would gladly go back there again. On the last day I met a couple from St. Petersburg. She came to this hotel for the second time and said that during the last visit they met a couple from Lithuania, who also goes to this hotel for several years.
By the way, Russians and Englishmen were resting at the hotel during my visit.
