1. Chose a hotel based on reviews. Immediately a question arose to those who left "+": do you have no conscience at all?
Tour operator TUI now I will not advise anyone at all. Complete disregard for customers.
2. Rossiya Airlines delayed our flight by 10 o'clock (instead of 5 in the morning we flew out at almost 16). We arrived at the hotel at 21:30. Dinner until 20:30, we (6 people) were left hungry until morning. We settled in a room in which only 1 light is on and the air conditioner does not work (30 degrees heat!!! ). With a scandal, they achieved relocation.
Meals: if you managed to fill the plates, you were lucky (for the chicken, literally, a jerk). There are no fish at all. Juice is an unheard of luxury (bought for cash outside the territory, $0.5 a glass). Room cleaning is a dream (rooms are dirty). We literally had to beg for towels.
Sun loungers are dilapidated, not cleaned and not dried.
The bar only sucks wine and beer. And open until 22:00. Until the night endless pop screams wildly.
The only plus is a good mattress and a working refrigerator.
