Belpoint Beach Hotel
The hotel does not correspond to 4*.
The photo on the website is not true (I am talking about the rooms) The rooms are dirty with torn curtains and dirty towels and pillows. The bathroom stinks of sewage soooooo like you're in a public toilet. There is mold on the walls in the shower.
There are 2 water slides in the photo, only one was working.
When we asked to be transferred to another room, we were told that everything is fine, there are no rooms.
WI-FI for $ 10 is just a piece of cake, it doesn't exist.
The administration is not client-oriented at all. The only adequate person at the reception is the administrator Rimma, a very nice and pleasant girl.
Food is normal, but of the same type. Flies fly, sit on food all the time.
But the sea is incredibly cool, clean and warm. But take corals with you, because the stones are big.
