I was with my wife at the Fantasia Hotel from August 7 to 16.2012. Rest, in general, was a success.
This is not the first time in Turkey - there is something to compare with. The hotel, of course, is not 5 stars, but it pulls on a solid four plus. "Plus" for architecture, interiors, marble, paintings, statues, etc. , preserved from the original hotel built in the 90s
So, in order:
Transfer: Kyiv-Antalya-Kyiv. Tour operator "Pegasus" / airline "MAU". No claims. Everything is clear and on time. It's a shame that, as always, the last day is gone. Departure from the hotel at 2 am, i. e. only 2 hours from the last day. Well, yes, this question is not for the tour operator and not even for the UIA airline. All charters are launched at night during the period of the least load in Boryspil.

Hotel: Reception on the level. Clear and businesslike. Check-in within 2 hours, already by 10 o'clock (arrived after 8 o'clock) were in the room. Number from the "old" - large. No claims. Everything worked: it received channels, cooled, poured and flowed away, as it should. Cleaning every day, the usual hotel cleaning, wiped somewhere, somewhere not. As everywhere, not only in Turkey. Twice left a tip - it became quite decent. And so, everything is clean, the territory is cleaned, the beach too. Well-groomed park, with a predominance of pines. Contingent - mix: Russia. Ukraine, Germany, Romania, Latvia, Poland, France, etc. This pleases, because. there is an experience of rest in a “pure Russian hotel”. In "Fantasy" it is much calmer and the atmosphere is more comfortable.
Meals: Meals are the usual Turkish "all inclusive", about the same everywhere, even ultra, even without. Some delicious, some not so good. You can't please everyone with such a flow. As always, ahead of us: yoghurts, cheeses, pastries, sweets. In general, not bad. True, not very much with fish, I didn’t like it, but who cares. Meat is fine. Every day - grill in the evening in the restaurant, and in the afternoon in the terrace - bar. There are many fruits - watermelons, melons, figs, grapes, plums, kiwi, apples, pears. Well, oranges and bananas - you can't do without them. Fruit three times a day, and additionally around the pool. Ice cream (regular) - by the hour. Drinks: same as everywhere. Beer - "eternal" Ephesus - very good beer. Wine, mostly Turkish - none. Cocktails - delicious did not come across. Yes, in such heat (up to 42 during the day) it doesn’t pull on a high degree. Beer, ayran, coffee (in a coffee shop) and Turkish tea (we respect). A la carte is not bad - we went to Chinese. Everything is on a level, as for a Chinese dinner in Turkey. Liked the Italian pizzeria.
Sea: The sea is yes. We have already bathed in 9 seas, but the Mediterranean, so far, is in the first place. The beach is small-pebbled / pebbly, but the pebbles are tolerable, special shoes are not required. For me, pebbles are better than sand. The sea is clean, especially in the morning. Lepota... There is a good swimming pool, but in the presence of the sea - it does not pull. Although people hang out around the pool, but, again, the same as anyone. Towels are issued without any problems. There are enough places, both by the sea and by the pool. There are bungalows on the beach with beds, pillows and refrigerators, but for $40. in a day. Any whim... I was touched by the separation on the beach of wet terry napkins from a portable refrigerator. Impregnated with some kind of weak disinfectant with a pleasant smell. So that the head does not bake. Something like this hasn't come across yet. All is well with the sea.
Shopping: In Chemuve - none. Village - village. There is no choice, only “Dolce with Gabans”. No competition, no bargaining. Expensive and the quality is so-so. Especially the season. The same thing, better and cheaper, you can buy at a sale both on the Internet and in Kyiv. They take any money, including hryvnia.

Here is a map with shops:

Whether to go for it - everyone decides for himself. Sweets are everywhere, but there is no production date on the boxes. At 40 degrees they are stored without refrigerators. By weight - the same situation. If you take it, they advise the Koska company. It is not worth counting on duty-fpi in Antalya - it is expensive. As a last resort, on the way back to the airport they are brought to a sweets factory. Everything is fresh, but time is short. 3 packs of Turkish delight 450 gr. each - 22 dollars. So, if you buy in Chemyuva, it is better in the branch of the Antalya "Migros" - see the map. To the right of the tourist boulevard, 25 minutes walk through the railway. moving, mosque, and more min. 10. Equally, also tea, coffee, olive oil, towels, etc. Dolmushi to Kemer 3 lira from the nose one way. Shopping is a little better, but not much. See the link: http://www. hierapolis-info. ru/shopping-v-kemere.html On Yandex-maps - there is a "folk" map of Kemer stores, if you are interested, rummage around. To go to Antalya or to Tekirova to buy up - too lazy.
Excursions: Main: Demre-Mira-Kekova in Pegasus - expensive ($60 per person). Other excursions are not cheaper. Pipo-tour is praised by local travel agencies: http://www.pipotour.com/ru/index. php? option=com_phocagallery&view=categories&Itemid=54 The same, but the prices are half as much. They didn't go themselves. Were before.
Animation Entertainment Positive emotions, especially for children. Nothing special, but everything is on the level. Special kitsch was not observed. Well done.

Cons: Not all staff fully understands English, especially the waiters. They don't deliver what you order.
That, perhaps, is all.
Summary: If you are interested in a relaxing holiday in a pleasant hotel without noisy nightlife and reckless shopping with or without children, and you do not bother with various trifles, then Fantasia can be recommended for a vacation. Our rating of the hotel is ~ 8.5 out of 10.
