Normal hotel. The staff is good at their job. The rooms are well cleaned, the waiters are kind and helpful. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately, the room was spacious and comfortable. Of the minuses: food has become much worse; watermelon with melon is missing (only for dinner); there are no dried fruits with halva; half of the food tastes tasteless; they don’t respond to comments, they say we’ll fix everything, but as a result they don’t keep the brand of their hotel; there is a problem with sunbeds, you have to get up early all the time and go to take places (otherwise you will lie on the pebbles with a towel); were in both the Italian and the Turkish restaurant, the food does not differ much from the main restaurant (except for the main dish), only the service saves (otherwise it will go for 5/10)
In general, compared to 2019 and 2020, the hotel has become worse. And these deteriorations I would tell are visible. To fly for that kind of money to a premium hotel and get this... a shame. For all 11 years in Turkey, for the first time I was so upset in a hotel. Was in hotels 5 * economy class and it was better! I won't come back here again.
