We have a rest in Turkey every year, we have seen a lot of hotels, incl. and De Luxe class. Now we took a combination of quality / price, given that we prefer only new hotels. The hotel is really very nice and big. Lots of pools, greenery, good animation, lots of slides. But there were cons associated with service and food. Perhaps they are related to the time of stay, because. hotel workers and a guide from Pegas Touristik claimed that it was not yet the season. They promised that everything will be fine from May 1, but nothing has changed. And we, too, are not resting for the first May, in other hotels everything was open and food did not depend on the date. We also paid a normal price, but we never saw meat for 10 days. I never thought that in Turkey we would complain about food, because. with this always in any hotel -abundance. But it turned out that in Chateau Prestige they give one chicken (all sorts of options - fried, grilled, in the form of shawarma, chicken liver, chicken roll stuffed with sausage, chicken wings) and cutlets from packages (frozen), as it turned out - soy, and it still took minutes 15 to stand in line for this. Even Turkish cakes - gozleme were made not with meat, but with cheese and potatoes. There was also a couple of times a small bony fish that flooded the entire hotel, given that they cooked it on the street. Sea vegetables, for a side dish - there was always rice and potatoes with pasta, a lot of sweets, but very little food. They gave one baking sheet every other day, they were forced to run for distillation. Of the fruits there were apples, oranges and green cherry plums, 2 times apricots, although the store already sold strawberries and cherries. When we complained (and there were many of us), they explained to us at first that it was not the season, and then that it was expensive, although the voucher says: ultra all inclusive. So, one could only dream of a favorite Turkish lamb on a skewer and tongue and crow from chicken. Perhaps for someone this is not a problem - then good luck! on the choice of number, because not everyone has a plasma TV and a sofa near the table (although they are provided), and also, if the windows overlook the sea, which is far from the hotel building, then the noise from the restaurant, pools, animation and vacuum cleaners is provided to you. Therefore, we did not regret the view to the mountains, although there was a construction site under the windows, and there was no sofa and promised plasma in the room, but it was quiet. 3 days after we arrived at the hotel, a conference of a Turkish corporation began. A lot of Turks came with their wives, because of which there were queues in the restaurant, who crowded into the sauna and hammam, filled the indoor pool (only 1 was working, the second one was under repair) and the jacuzzi that we stopped going there.
But, perhaps, it's just that we were not lucky. I wish you a good rest!
