We rested at the hotel at the end of August, in this hotel for the second time! The first time I really liked it was in 2019, we decided to come again. This time I don’t recommend the hotel, the service is very bad, starting from the settlement, we reserved one, then at the reception they offered to pay an extra $ 200 for what we already paid for, settled in a very bad room, quarreled, complained to our tour operator, overpowered the next day. The food is monotonous and no - dumplings, starch soup and pasta is basically. The dining room is dirty and smells bad. Crabs were served on the fish day, but no one could eat them because there were no tongs and it was impossible to break the crabs. The hotel positions itself as ultra, it is completely absent, you make a remark, they immediately shout at you, switch to Turkish and they don’t understand anything! Housekeeping is terrible, they stole my Marella brand t-shirt in our room, complained both to the reception and to the administrator there was no reaction. So be vigilant! By the way, how many we go to rest in different countries, this is the first time for us! The hotel area is large, but completely unkempt, a lot of stray dogs run around, they don’t take care of the grass! I do not recommend the hotel at all!
