Hotel ratings by criteria:
1. For performance, the hotel has 2 locations, a stage and an amphitheater. Very comfortably. Disco area near the stage - a lot of space.
2. Pavilions. We cannot imagine a vacation without paid VIP pavilions. There are as many as 19 of them, against 6 for Marco Polo. They have much more space, they have a fan, a refrigerator, a safe, sockets, the service is perfect. They came to us every half an hour, and in Marco Polo, according to the schedule, 4 times a day.
3. The territory is immersed in greenery and beautiful locations for photos. Visible daily care. A big plus is that the hotel area is huge in width, and not in length, which means that even from the farthest room to the sea it takes 2-3 minutes to go, and the hotel has a long strip of beach where more vacationers can be accommodated (and in the hotel has about 2000 rooms).

4. The water park is bigger and more interesting than in Marco Polo. The slides are more extreme. There are also more pools, although we don’t swim in them in principle. We came to the sea
5. Nutrition. Good, no complaints. Somewhere on the same level with Marco Polo. But there are more waiters, they work faster, they constantly clean up, bring, serve, etc.
6. Living corner. The hotel is home to white and black swans, as well as flamingos, which is very exotic, I think.
Now let's talk about the cons. In principle, I have already discussed them personally with the representatives of the hotel, so I hope that they will be taken into account and the hotel will become even more attractive.
1. The main problem that gives rise to various disadvantages is not the fault of the hotel, but rather the opposite, its merit is 100% occupancy. There are a lot of people, and you can't help but feel it. Yes, the staff is doing everything possible to fix it. Everyone is fussing like ants, trying to have time to serve everyone. Thank you very much for this. We asked for help 5 times and they always solved the problem quickly and efficiently.
2. As a result of the first - the first 2 days of rest there were no free pavilions and we had to look for places on the hotel's common beach, which was also not easy. It would be great to be able to make a reservation in advance when booking a tour.
3. As a consequence of the first - on the beach from 7 am there are almost no free sunbeds. Our people just throw in the towel and go to breakfast. No, well, there are single sunbeds, the beach is really huge, but finding 4 in a row, for example, is not realistic. While there were no pavilions, we contacted the guest relation and they stole 4 sun loungers from different parts of the beach under the shade.
4. Old rooms. Yes, we had a large duplex room, clean, in white (as we love colors), everything worked, a large balcony. 2 bathrooms, plus 2 wash basins are taken out into the corridor, which allows 4 people to simultaneously direct the marafet. But re-innovation is just asking. The rooms do not compete with modern hotels. Outdated plumbing and furniture, weak air conditioners.

5. The pianist in the lobby bar. Initially, this was supposed to be a fat plus, because we are piano lovers, and we planned to attend this performance every evening. But something happened that probably angered us the most of all the minuses. When the wife wanted to shoot her game, she stopped the game and rudely said to stop filming. We contacted guest relation in the hope of getting an explanation for this behavior, but unfortunately, we did not receive any support or apology. We weren't there anymore.
