DO NOT RECOMMEND! Gravel Hotel is not 5 stars, 3 maximum with a stretch. Moreover, we are not spoiled tourists, because. were abroad for the first time. But still, we don’t live in the forest: we watch TV, we communicate with people, so our impression told us that this is not 5 stars. And we weren't the only ones who thought so. No matter who we talked to (on excursions, at meals, on the beach), I didn’t hear a single positive opinion from anyone, all the guests were dissatisfied, and those who are already avid travelers and they have something to compare with, and beginners.
What exactly is the dissatisfaction?
1. The rooms are cleaned sooo badly, or rather they are not cleaned at all. And at first, as a thank you, we left mini-presents - sweets brought with us. In the bathroom on the day of our arrival, as there were traces and stains from the paste on the washbasin panel and on the tiles on the floor, they remained for the whole week of our stay: they were never washed before our arrivals, not during our visit. When you look down from the balcony on the roof of the 0th floor, there is a lot of garbage lying around, which is just not there (this, too, was lying motionless for a week: I conclude that this has all been lying there for a very long time and no one is going to clean it up). Once we were given just a complete disgrace, not a foot towel - in some places pieces of terry were worn off (no, of course you can live with this. But if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should not be such a tear).

There was a day when we hung a sign outside on the door handle that we needed room cleaning and went to swim - this sign hung all day, so we ourselves removed this sign when we arrived. The skirting boards in the room are glued on, as if with some kind of double-sided tape, and they are already moving away from the wall. There is no air freshener in the bathroom. They don’t give out toothpaste (it’s kind of a trifle, but there were people who know that in other 5 * it’s usually required, so they didn’t take it with them. A trifle, but not pleasant - stomp from the road to the nearest stores (20 minutes one way) and look for toothpaste there). Bathrobes are also not issued.
Towels are provided in the room and two more are provided at the spa. Quite often it happened that we handed over dirty towels there, but they did not have fresh ones to replace. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of 1.5 liters of plain water on the table. We drank it and didn’t put it on us anymore (only in the mini-bar 0.33). There is no alcohol in the minibar. Only soda in tin: cola, sprite, fanta, plain water 0.33, sometimes they gave mineral water.
2. Technical condition. In the bathroom, the shower cubicle does not close completely (there is one glass and that's it), so when you take a shower, this partition does not really save you and water flies to the floor. There are switches in the room above the bed: spotlights above the bed and a floor lamp - they do not all work. As for cleaning, I wanted to call the reception through the phone installed in the room - it does not work. Wi-Fi works very poorly, sometimes does not work at all.
3. Nutrition. The buffet, apparently for the sake of economy, is designed for the fact that you won’t eat much, because there isn’t much to eat. No, the distributions are not empty, but the "variety" of dishes does not cause much appetite. Cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce, I can eat at home. Pasta is always cold. There is no choice of meat and fish at all. For 6 days, fish was given once or twice for dinner, and then of the same species. The meat is predominantly chicken. There were sometimes beef sticks. No kebabs, steaks (except chicken, and even then not on a barbecue), ribs. Now pomegranates are ripe, but we don’t have them (apples, oranges, plums). There is only one type of beer - tuborg light and that's it. Tea is poured into glasses, how can you drink it, if the tea is hot, and the glasses have no handles - this is for juices / cocktails, and for hot there should be cups / mugs (only coffee was poured into cups).

Buns outwardly differ from each other in shape, but inside they are the same - ordinary bread, not sweet. Sausage is so low-grade that it is impossible to eat it. And only the usual varenka, no salami, no boiled pork, no servelat, etc. no. The wine is only dry: white and red, no sweet / semi-sweet. From the local: various wines, Turkish lokum, there is nothing on hand. No lunch boxes or dry rations. But if you order for a fee in the menu room (located in the room), something else is more interesting. But the translation into Russian is clumsy and translated through time.
4. Bars/restaurants on the ground floor. The Beer Bar is not working, the Grill bar makes some kind of pita bread with a small filling and that's it. Woody Bar - there is no menu, there is a guy who needs to come up to and ask what they generally cook (some kind of slavery) there, too, the menu is not extensive: hamburgers, french fries, roll in pita bread. Another bar that has ice cream and drinks. The most interesting thing is that all these establishments work from 12:00-17:00 (one bar is 24/7, but there is nothing to eat there). From 12 - 17 - how is it in general? In the evening there is an entertainment program, you want to somehow sit down, chew something under the spectacle with alcohol, but that’s all - they don’t cook. By the way, about the entertainment program - there are very few tables and chairs for such a large hotel, more than half of the guests are standing.
In these bars, the alcohol list is also meager: mojito without mint and generally some kind of bland and tasteless: water with ice and lemon, beer is the same - light tuborg, wine is the same (although they make very tasty wine from pomegranate, strawberries, blackberries, holes, cherries that you can buy in the city, but why not in hotels for distribution? ). Nuts for beer are delicious. But for some reason they are given in scanty cups, in larger cups they are refused - well, what is the point of an ultra deer kluzer? I want to immediately take a normal glass and not run three hundred times to the bar. The pool is closed from 19:00-08:00 - what do you mean? Why is it closed so early from 19:00? At this time, you can still flounder in the water, with backlight. In the daytime - the sea, in the evening the illuminated pool, but no.
5. Sauna. Works from 8-19. Why the hell? ! Where is the logic? ! Why in Turkey at +25 (velvet season) go to the bath during the day, if there is a sea, a pool. It is more logical to go in the evening after excursions to hang out in the sauna, jacuzzi. The wig is small. In the Jacuzzi, you need to turn on the bubbles yourself (buttons are built in). It turns on every once in a while, sometimes it doesn't turn on at all. The holes from which these bubbles come out are built into the bottom and on the sides, those on the sides do not work at all. The water in the pool and jacuzzi is cold. There are lockers with a coded set, but there is no bracelet with a number (the numbers are written on the lockers themselves, if you forgot, then go to all enter the code until you find yours). The display in the steam room indicating the temperature, time - does not work, or rather it is turned on - it works, but is not configured.

There are no hooks for towels near the jacuzzi - where to hang them? Throw them on the floor and then wipe them off? The sauna has electric heaters, but there is a bucket of water. Why aren't there any warning signs that you can't pour water on the rocks, because there's an electric heater underneath them, and why put this bucket of water in the first place? As a result, one “beautiful” evening, one of the visitors, either out of ignorance or for other reasons, poured water into it, which caused sparks to fly.
6. The concept of ultra deer klyuzev includes (in fact, we realized there that this is what distinguishes it from just deer klyuzev, the presence of a la carte) a free visit to an Italian restaurant, only there is a line there, like in the Soviet Union for sausage in times of shortage . You need to sign up and wait it is not known how many days, probably because the opening hours are 19:00 - 21:29, this is somehow not enough for such a hotel. But this is not all bewilderment: then this restaurant was generally closed due to the pandemic. What? Really? ! That is, all of us - the guests of this hotel three times a day breathe into each other's necks at the distribution during breakfast, lunch and dinner, and to the restaurant behind the wall in the same hotel by the same guest - this is no longer possible - a pandemic.
Also on A la carte you can visit the Turkish restaurant. Also by reservation, but for a fee. This is actually really funny - then what is the point of ultra deer klyuzev? Yes, if it weren’t for this super-duper deer klyuzev in the hotel, I wouldn’t be able to find a Turkish restaurant in Turkey for a fee. Actually, if this was the ultra deer clews, then we did not get it, i. e. It turns out they paid as for ultra, but they got it simply.
"+": the beach is good: clean, the water is clear (but this is not the merit of the hotel - there is such water everywhere). The water pressure in the shower is excellent: hot, cold without interruption. The rooms on our side have a great view of both the mountains and the sea.
