After 2-3 days, he already clearly understood what we prefer, and as soon as we chose a table, while we went for food, drinks were already on the table for all family members.

Until the 10th everything was fine. And then the Russians came in. This is where the nightmare began. And not from the side of service, but with sunbeds occupied at 6 am. With scandals at breakfast, with screams and children running around at 12 at night in the hotel corridor. With showdowns well drunk near the bar.
In terms of service, everything was cleaned in the room every day and sheets and towels were changed every day. In the restaurant only once, the waiter did not approach us and I went to the counter to get juice. I saw this, as I understood the shift supervisor, and immediately scolded the waiter while apologizing that this had happened. I can say with confidence that we will go to this hotel, if only there were no Russians there, they behave very boorishly.
As for the morning arrival, we also arrived early. We left things in the luggage room, changed clothes and washed ourselves in the shower at the spa. Let's go for breakfast. We asked and they gave us cards for towels and we went to the beach.
The departure was in the evening. They also vacated the room, left things in the luggage room and used all the services of the hotel before departure. Didn't see any problem with it.

До 10 числа было все отлично. А потом прилители россияне. Вот тут то и начался кошмар. И не со стороны обслуживания, а с занятыми в 6 утра лежаками. Со скандалами на завтрак, с криками и бегатней детей в 12 ночи в корридоре отеля. С разборками хорошо подвыпивших возле бара.
Что касается обслуживания, все убиралось в номере каждый день и менялась постель и полотенца каждый день. В ресторане только раз, к нам не подошел официант и я пошла на стойку взять сок. Это увидел, как я поняла старший по смене, и сразу отчитал официанта при этом извинился, что так произошло. Могу сказать с уверенностью, что мы поедем в этот отель, вот только бы там россиян не было, очень по хамски они себя ведут.
Что касается утреннего приезда, мы тоже прилетели рано. Оставили вещи в камере хранения, переоделись и помылись в душе в спа. Пошли на завтрак. Попросили и нам дали карты на полотенца и мы пошли на пляж. Отьезд то же был вечером. Так же освободили номер, вещи в камеру хранения и до отьезда пользовались всеми услугами отеля. Не увидела в этом никакой проблемы.
