From Antalya Airport, the hotel is a three-hour drive, and for the last half hour the road goes along a serpentine, along the coast of the sea, of stunning beauty! We arrived at night, we had to wait a little while they cleaned the room, because. we asked for a second floor and sea view.
It turned out that all rooms with sea views, either frontally or sideways you see the bay and the mountains. If you get to the full moon, a stunning moon path is visible from the balcony.
At first, one gets the impression of abandonment and fatigue of the hotel. The territory is very large, and not all well-groomed, but where everything has already been mastered is quite comfortable. Later you realize how great it is when large rooms (42 m), a huge luxurious pool, a wide sandy beach with a sufficient number of comfortable, light sunbeds that do not need to be borrowed in advance. The entrance to the sea is gently sloping sandy, the water is clear, not far (7min walk) is a pebble beach. The only thing that is not very pleasant is the algae that the sea brings, and the workers do not clean them.
On the territory, in addition to the main large restaurant, there is a bar with cocktails and a cafe on the beach, where you can not only drink, but also eat thoroughly, whoever needs it. Food, for a short stay, is quite varied. Meat, fish, chicken, cheeses, fresh and stewed vegetables, excellent Turkish tomatoes, national sweets, pastries with honey, watermelons and of course fruits. You will not leave hungry, even if you were on a tour.
From entertainment - in the evening there is a disco, which is located far from the building, in the afternoon there is a boat and flights on the beach, animators in the pool, a slide works for children. The staff practically does not know Russian, but Russian speakers at the reception and in the store.
It is possible to take a massage course ($ 30) session, full body massage, lasts 1 hour. Masseurs several people, praised Thai and very good reviews about Alex.
On site there is a shop where you can buy everything you need for the beach and gifts home, including sweets. Prices were lower than in shops on excursions. Tours can be purchased from your guide.
In general, the impressions are very good, this is certainly not 5 stars, in the full sense of this, but it is quite a suitable place for a relaxing holiday. Maybe we will try to go there again.
what happened next... In the corridor there are always some kind of clouds of dust and papers... At first the food seemed homemade, chicken, chicken, chicken and rice, rice rice... Yes, a lot of cheese . . , some kind of soft , salty, unusual... One of the girls who stood at the distribution of sweets did not like me, and when I asked for blue grapes (they divided it so that there were 5-6 pieces on a branch), she showed me that no - more impossible . . (I am 45 years old - height 164cm, weight 63kg). Other sweets also refused to give me more than 1 piece??? ? And in general, I missed some kind of mini-stand where you can take sandwiches, fruits or cookies at any time ! ! There are only certain hours for this???? Maybe, of course, only I am such a glutton, but when you swim all day, you want to eat, but you can’t take food from a restaurant with you. Conclusion: I will go to this hotel with pleasure! The sea covers all the cons! I will be bold! And one more thing . . During my stay at the hotel, I had a DR, for some reason I expected that they would somehow congratulate me (a piece of cake with a candle), but no....I was offended. . .
Large territory and not many people, only 179 rooms, there are always free tables and free sun loungers both near the sea and near the pool. The food is very tasty and there is enough of everything, there are no queues. The food is top notch as is the range of food. There were not only lobsters and mussels, but enough fish. Drinks at the bar are good and a wide range. Bars 3 - near the sea, pool and restaurant. For myself, we noted Pinocolada and Mojito cocktails, although nothing else.
I would like to say a separate word about TIMUR and his massages in general about the hammam, this is something that is SUPER and Timur as the coolest person in the hotel - the HIGHLIGHT of the HOTEL, he is in the photo below - this man with a capital letter)))). His friendliness and hospitality are amazing, in a word handsome. After his massage and peeling, your tan will be indescribable.
Thursday Turkish night, cool party with Turkish flavor. Animators every day entertain both children and adults, every evening there is a disco, karaoke, there is something to do.
Bypass only the side of the guide from the company JOIN UP Kemran, do not order anything from him, I don’t know if he or all their guides shave money on everything, like it’s cheaper through them, don’t be fooled, they take money even on free trips to boutiques that the stores themselves pay for .
I recommend the hotel! You will not regret!
I'll start with the pros:
1. The territory is compact, cozy, green, fenced, which is important for families with children. Huge pool with water slides, sun loungers around the pool and on the beach are always in abundance. A huge plus for the fact that the water in the pool is disinfected, I personally saw the operation of the device.
2. The number of rooms is excellent, the rooms are spacious, almost all of them can see the sea and mountains in one way or another, it is not necessary to overpay for a direct view of the sea, comfortable beds, a sofa, furniture and a clothes dryer on the terrace. The furniture is new, the interior is thought out everywhere, a single concept in the Mediterranean style is everywhere - in the rooms, corridors, halls.
3. The beach is sandy, clean, the entrance to the sea is very gentle, fenced with a tape with buoys, everyone is constantly swaying on the waves, excellent relaxation and almost safe. Beyond the territory across the road, by the way, there is another beach, a 7-minute walk, open, also full of sunbeds, the beach and the entrance to the sea are small pebbles, and the depth is very close, who are interested in swimming like an adult))).
4. Restaurant and food for 4. It seems that they are only gaining momentum... Waiters and cooks for the most part are not trained, constantly had to make comments to the manager. But, it should be noted, he reacted mostly adequately, especially after my conversation with the owner of the hotel, and promptly took action.
5. There is quite a nice team at the reception, the reception manager is a very attentive lady, she tries to figure it out, solve problems, help.
6. Special thanks to the Hamam team! Thanks for your professionalism guys! You helped a child and me with problem backs. Emre is a doctor of "golden hands"! And it was just a pleasure to communicate with you - a lot of positive!
This is where the positives end. . . The rest are sheer cons.
I'll start from the oven. A lot has been written about the location of the hotel, yes, this is a paradise for introverts. They brought us at about 9 o'clock in the morning, broken and tortured by the flight and the terrible race of the driver of the Intourist transfer "gazelle" along the serpentine. But, despite the fact that we purchased a tour package, and did not book a hotel on our own, we were settled only at 14:00. Strange, they settle everywhere as tourists arrive, when purchasing a tour package. We sat and then lay in the lobby near the reception. It was stuffy, the air conditioners either did not cope or did not work. The abundance of artificial flowers caught my eye. Unusual for a 5 star hotel in a southern country…
We settled in, we liked the room with the child at first glance, we took a shower (from bath accessories - shampoo, shower gel, soap, everything is simple, economy class, there are no soap dishes and glasses for toothbrushes in the room) and went to explore the territory. The flowers turned out to be artificial everywhere inside the building - in the halls, corridors, on the stairs... In our room there was a vase "under the stone" gray, with two artificial roses! Guys, are you serious? You accept Slavs - the hotel is mostly Russians and Ukrainians. You would at least for decency take an interest in customs....We put 2 roses in a stone vase on the grave. I carried them out into the hallway.
It is very good that there are water slides in the pool. But it is strange that at the top no one directs the process of riding children from them, and they are very tall and steep. It is also strange that the slides work only during the day, in the heat of the moment from 11 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, when children are not recommended to be let out in the sun. A lot of kids burn and get sick for this reason. It would be nice to put an awning over the pool at least in a small area from the sun, there really is nowhere to hide, and it’s impossible to pull the kids out of the water, and there’s nothing else to do during the day.
The main problem of the hotel is unsanitary conditions and dirt. Our Rospotrebnadzor would definitely close them. There is no cleaning as such, from the word at all, or rather, they are, but they don’t do shit! And everyone writes about it first. In the room we washed the floor for 3 weeks ONCE! And then after I demanded to organize a meeting with the owner of the hotel. Boiled. He is not always in this hotel, although, probably, at the stage of launching the service, more personal control is needed. I told him about everything that I tried not to pay attention to at first, but when beach towels began to disappear from the room after cleaning (and there was a fine for their loss, in fact), personal items strangely moved around the room in our absence, and then disappeared altogether from the table the fruit we bought at the market, patience is over. She suggested that the owner show particularly problematic areas in his hotel, he said that it was very important and interesting for him, but the matter did not go further than this. True, the right hand of the owner, the entertainment manager Borak, unequivocally offered to brighten up my leisure time after my communication with the owner. Dear Borak, you are fit for my sons. And the quality of my leisure time will not make your hotel cleaner, pick up a rag better if you have so much free time.
A girl who was vacationing in a family room with 2 children said that they broke into their room without permission. It was like this - she put the children to sleep in the second room, rested herself, put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, suddenly noticed a shadow and steps from the door, two people were walking - a woman and a man in shorts. She almost screamed in fright, it’s good that the children were sleeping, otherwise they would have had to be reassured. It turns out that some thing fell on their balcony from above, and this rapid response group went to the "case". They, like, knocked, but they didn’t open it, so you can enter! No need to call, wait for the owners, no - it's a matter of extreme urgency! The logic is crazy! By the way, the man was still the same caring Borak.
Srach (sorry) everywhere - in the corridors in the decorative windows there is a layer of bird droppings, on artificial flowers there is a thick layer of dust, behind all the tubs in the corners there is dust, garbage. On the stairs near the hammam between the first and second floors, under the flowers of Bougainvillea, there were sticky puddles from watermelon with the corpses of flies all 3 weeks! Guys, who is resting now, take a look for the sake of interest? Haven’t washed it yet? )))) In the room in the shower there is a lump of hair in the drain, on the balcony there are someone’s clipped nails on the floor, there is a sandbox under the rug by the sofa, it has never been lifted, vacuumed or washed under it. The cleaners don't even have vacuum cleaners. Web behind the closet. But regularly after cleaning, it became less by 1-2 bottles of shampoo gels - both laughter and sin! )))) There is a terrace in front of the balcony (the roof of the first floor), it is full of garbage - bottles, rags, bags, etc. Nobody has ever cleaned it. There is also a lot of rubbish in the area.
There is no escape from flies and wasps in the restaurant! Well, would you at least hang sticky tapes or what? Dogs walk around the territory, begging near the tables. On the tables, which are near palm trees, ants crawl, bite painfully. The waiters are completely untrained, they wear masks on their chins, sometimes they reach for dirty plates without asking, across the table, over food, sometimes they can’t get through when there is nowhere to sit, the tables are dirty. It would be nice to pay attention to the dishes - cups and plates through one with broken edges, poorly washed. Well, it’s not solid to save so much in a five-star!
The beach... is nearby, fenced off by a fence with some kind of burlap, creating the feeling of an unfinished construction site. Stray dogs roam freely along the beach, huge, several individuals. The waves are decent, but like on the slides, there are no employees or lifeguards in sight….
In general, this hotel is not worth that kind of money now! Not up to 5 stars.
1) pool with water slides (three of them);
2) the sea with a sandy beach;
3) the opportunity to go swimming on the local pebble beach with very clear water and greater depth. It's only 4 minutes to go here;
4) rooms - everything is good, at a sufficient level;
5) not intrusive animation and friendly and always smiling animators. Greetings to Murat and animators from Ukraine and Kazakhstan - well done.
Here the pros end and go to the cons:
1) Road - a long drive from the airport. Approximately 3:00 a very difficult winding road near the mountains. It's hard to bear - very sick. Although I never felt sick on the road. It's also a long drive back, so you will be picked up at 6:00 from the hotel before the plane's departure.
2) There is food, but its choice is not great - a lot of monotony. This is especially felt in breakfasts. You have to eat eggs every day. My kids ate pancakes every day. It can last a few days, but not every day. There are no juices. Fanta, cola and sprite - this is something not real, not tasty. Breakfast is terrible, lunch is ok and dinner is usually ok+. There were cases when they served fried potatoes left over from the last table and it was dry and not tasty. Also, there is probably not enough staff in the restaurant, because they pour food, and often you stand with a plate, but there is no one and you go with nothing;
3) Bar. It is there, but it is impossible to drink what is poured there. All with paint and flavors. You drink cocktails, but they are non-alcoholic. The wine is not very tasty, I have never drunk worse. I ordered whiskey and cola but the whiskey tasted like moonshine - it's awful. Draft beer - you can drink, but the taste is not saturated, watery. At first they gave the same beer, but in an iron can - it tastes better, but when it started to run out, the administrator Ahmed told the bartender to sell such beer for money. We could not stand it and paid $ 10 for a taxi and went to the city and bought ourselves wine and whiskey in a store. I had to drink mine. I have this for the first time in my life. But at the bar they said that they could not open the wine, because they did not have a corkscrew, which, even after a complaint at the reception, did not appear until the end of my stay. Nobody wanted to help.
4) Cleanliness. This is not about this hotel. Dishes are often dirty. The wife decided to take coffee with milk, but there were traces of someone else's lips on the cup - someone drank from this cup, but the cup was not washed. In the toilets, the floor and toilet bowls are very rarely washed. Therefore, it often stinks very much and sometimes it was impossible to go inside. This problem is especially relevant for the toilet at the beach - it eats away at the eyes.
In the evening there were many free tables, but all dirty. I told the waiter about it. He said OK but did nothing.
5) Elevators. They often break and people stay inside. There is a telephone - but it does not work. There is a call button - but its sound no one comes. It is normal to sit there when it is very hot and wait for one of the guests to call the elevator and it will open. I sat in the middle of the elevator twice.
6) Staff. Here is the biggest problem of the hotel. There were several employees who made the stay not comfortable. One young kitchen worker poured food like for pigs and often put food that he was not asked for and put it all in one pile that it was already impossible to eat. I complained about this to the administrator Ahmed. Then I took a fork in a paper case at the entrance to the restaurant and it turned out to be dirty - I showed this to the administrator Ahmed. On the last day of rest, I noticed that one of the waiters, clearing the guests from the tables, was coughing and sneezing very strongly. At the same time, his mask was on his beard, his mouth was not closed. When he began to cough in my children, I began to worry about their health and told Ahmed about this and asked him to pay attention to it. But Ahmed said that if I don't like something, then I can go to another hotel and I can write and call anywhere - he doesn't care. After that, the desire to go to this hotel completely disappeared.
I don't recommend going here.
2) the food is delicious, they also arranged themed dinners (barbecue outside)
3) I flew alone, I liked it, there was no unworthy behavior in my direction
4) the hotel is located in a beautiful place to the market 5-7 minutes by taxi for $5 or 15 minutes by bike for $3 per hour) thanks for the rest!
We rested over a month ago. Searched for:
1) Duration of the trip: May, before the start of the active vacation period for Russians and residents of the CIS. And also before the official opening of the summer tourist season: June-August. This desire was due to the following two interests (points 2-3):
2) Good real summer weather in May. We wanted to start our summer early (the Moscow region does not indulge us).
3) Silence. Smaller: tourists, small children, locals, markets, shops, cars.
4) Not far from Moscow: flight up to 4 hours.
5) All inclusive, Ultra all inclusive, that is, a food system where everything is inclusive and ultra.
6) First beach line.
7) Sandy beach.
8) Beautiful nature.
9) Attractions located nearby, as well as boat trips with a nearby start.
10) Small cozy hotel, cleanliness and comfortable room.
11) Interests: middle-aged couple.
