Ужасно!! Terrible!!

I sent my mother with adult daughters to rest, as a result, only nerves and tears ??? ? At first, a surprise was waiting at the transfer desks, they say we are moving you to another hotel. With difficulty they persuaded me to take me to a hotel paid in advance - there were no free rooms and it was at 19:00 ! ! By 21:00, three adults were settled in a double room - there are no dirty towels, the bed is partially missing, the furniture is dirty and stained. For $ 20, they again moved to a double room even smaller in size. By midnight, they brought a cot to my mother - there were no towels. Plus, at the reception they took away all the vouchers and claims that other rooms were paid for and in general that there was nothing to present with something paid. But! ! For 1000 dollars of additional payment, if you want, we will move you to a family room)) ??? ? In general, no threats of calls (even asked a Turkish friend to call and solve the problem in the local dialect) complaints to the tour operator, guide, etc. - nothing! Here, for a couple of euros, we bought towels for our room)))) for a couple more, the cleaning lady cleaned up somehow, but this did not save the dead and spat on furniture. All in all, I don't recommend it! ????? ?
