1. Huge hotel with lots of stairs and most rooms with wall views.
2. A small pool with muddy water at a huge hotel.
3. Turkish music blaring all day on the beach.
4. It is almost impossible to find a shadow on the beach - the umbrellas do not move or turn, the sunbeds - as in the best times in the Crimea - are all on top of each other.
5. Constant huge queues at all bars - one bartender can not cope with so many people.
6. Cicadas yell around the clock.
7. Unusual, as for Bodrum, heat and stuffiness.
8. Towels, swimwear nowhere to dry.
9.2 a la carte restaurants. Turkish and fish. Nothing special, but to sign up over to queue up at 8 am - entry day to day. Tin!
10. The staff does not speak Russian.
11. The Internet catches not everywhere. But you can adapt - not the beach, the reception is.
12. Food in the restaurant is good - a definite plus.
13. You can’t go with small children, the elderly and the sick - solid steps - no elevators!
14. A small sandy piece of beach with direct entry into the sea. The rest of the beach is a wooden deck with sunbeds close to each other.
I did not get relaxation - mainly because of the crowds and the roar of music on the beach, stuffiness.
The hotel is not worth the money spent, the holiday is ruined. Shock from day one! Anyone who advises the Slavs to go there is not a professional in his field and does not know the real situation in the hotel, does not prepare, does not read reviews and sends people at random. For locals this is a great holiday, for us it is not suitable, and we have the right to know this before departure!! !
The hotel is Turkish speaking, and a little English speaking Russian is miniium here.
1. Settlement - fast in 5 minutes.
2. Number 4501.5 cottages.
3. The room smells of damp
4. In the room: a large bed for 2 people, a plow for a child no higher than 160 cm, a TV, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a table and two chairs outside, an electric kettle, tea and coffee bags, a hairdryer.
I draw your attention to the fact that from bath accessories only shampoo and shower gel !!! . So toothbrushes, cotton pads and ear sticks are yours.
Towels for three, only two, but finding the staff (who only speaks Turkish or on the fingers) we were given one more towel.
5. Mini bar: cola, fanta, water with and without gas. The refrigerator for the minibar does not freeze, but slightly cools. We replenished the bar once a week (but when we walked around the hotel, seeing cars for the minibar, we collected enough cola, forfeits, mineral water)
6. Safe in the room for a fee, 4 € per day
Number on hard 4.
6. Nutrition:
Dinner is standard for Turkey, but not standard for a 5* hotel. If you have heard that Bodrum serves a lot of fish, then this is not about this hotel. Dorado fish, one tray. Who did not have time..... then the chicken is behind you. Yes, one moment, this is the first hotel where grilled chicken was not fried inside. There is always a queue behind the grill, because not everyone eats pasta and french fries, as well as dishes from half-eaten evening or morning products.
Breakfast is standard: eggs, scrambled eggs, pastries (very tasty), cheeses and cottage cheese (and characteristically, not terribly salty, as usual in Turkey), pancakes, etc.
Dinner is standard and unremarkable.
Once the chicken was rotten.
Vegetables: peaches, grapes, apples, melon (green), watermelon is tasty, but warm (not for everyone).
We were not hungry, but we did not get satisfaction from the food in this hotel. Nutrition 3.
The reception bar, which is open 24 hours, is very convenient.
Alcohol only Turkish, regularly ending in bars.
The beach bar is a special place. A terrible smell of bleach (as in a Soviet public toilet) of flies, midges.
A special impression is paper cups for alcohol and drinks, which, if you did not immediately drink the liquid, after 20 minutes the cup soaks and folds ((
The swimming pool is a paddling pool.
The beach is small. The pier is convenient, it has stairs to enter the sea. The sea area is fenced with buoys, small. Of the free water activities, there is a small plastic raft in the swimming area.
Spa - works, without the participation of staff Generally! I saw this for the first time, a huge spa center without a single person. No towels, no soap, no shampoo, nothing and no one to take.
The gym is conveniently located overlooking the sea and is open 24 hours a day. Upon arrival, out of 3 treadmills, 1 worked, which also stopped working after three days.
The hotel is focused exclusively on Turkish, Arab tourists. Very little Russian.
The sea and nature are amazing! We entertained ourselves with all kinds of water activities (prices are expensive), and excursions.
Please note that when choosing excursions, be sure to ask the guide how long to go to the starting point of the excursion, they are silent about this. So, we went to Cleopatra Island, 4 hours there by bus, 6 hours at sea, 4 hours back. In total, we spent 8 hours on the bus!
The hotel is between 3*-4*.
In fact, it turned out that the hotel is simply magical. Amazingly beautiful design is combined with functionality and comfort. Large and beautiful territory, a large number of entertainment for all ages. We very often visited the hammam, went to water aerobics, massage. As for the room, we lived in a hotel room overlooking the sea. We were satisfied with everything: they cleaned daily, often changed linen and towels, comfortable furniture, the view from the window is just a feast for the eyes! The staff were great. Track. in the summer we want to fly with friends, because Isis left very good impressions.
No one speaks Russian, English - 10% of the staff. The hotel is visited mainly by Turks, 10% - Slavs, 10% - Europeans, many Turks who live in Europe, but came to rest at home.
At the reception, the room was changed to one located closer to the sea (I have 2 small children) without problems and bribes. Rooms from 4000 - the highest tier, far from the sea and even the main premises of the hotel and restaurant. Acquaintances at their request changed the number 2 times.
The cuisine is delicious, there are many free cafes on the territory. Once a week you can eat in one of the a la carte restaurants, you just need to book in advance. We were in the fish - delicious. Drinks are expensive there: wine - from 20 euros per bottle, water - 1.5 euros per bottle, juices - 2-5 euros per glass.
The sea is clean, calm, the water is super. It has its own sand and pebble beach and a wooden promenade (the neighboring hotel had only a promenade, it is difficult to go there with children). Take sun loungers under umbrellas in advance : ). During the day in the heat, I advise you to relax in the indoor pool in the spa. It's free, as is the sauna.
Of the minuses: poorly cleaned (they don’t even sweep on the balconies; if you don’t hang a sign or blow it away with the wind, they won’t remove it), the staff does not speak English, monotonous daily animation (especially for children), the rooms are small (2 adults, 2 children - a bit crowded ), bathrooms are old.
The hotel is located right next to the sea, to the highway to Bodrum, along which dolmush go, you need to climb a rather steep lane. The bus that transfers to and from the airport cannot go down this lane and remains waiting at the top, and is taken up from the hotel on a small shuttle bus. A trifle, but inconvenient. By the way, during the day, the shuttle bus to the highway should go every fifteen minutes according to the schedule, but in reality it goes only when the driver wants it. The hotel rooms are dirty, the electric kettle in my room was not working, I had to go to the reception to ask for a replacement. The restaurant has problems with seats, meat, fish, potatoes, bread, vermicelli, salads and sweets are enough, but there is always not enough fruit. The Turks at the reception are somehow inadequate, they have no idea how to communicate with clients, but how not to.
Bars regularly run out of either beer, or Coca-Cola, or raki, or tea, or clean glasses, bartenders pour ice into glasses with their hands, although tongs are right there in a bowl of ice. In a word, I do not recommend.
Restaurant: In the canteen (I dare not call it a restaurant), dirty tablecloths, non-removable tables, the absence of waiters or ignoring tourists, they first of all try to serve the Turks; the menu is monotonous, tea and coffee are only in the morning. Generally horror! It is impossible to talk about any ultra, because in the bar all imported drinks are paid, only local ones are free. There are no waiters at the bar.
Beach: The beach is reluctantly cleaned, but there are plenty of places and drinks on the beach are also problematic - beer, "body" compote and sprite-cola. A la carte restaurants: everyone visited, more or less liked only Turkish. All drinks in a la carte are paid, a bottle of wine is 33 euros.
Rooms-ooooooo, it's a song! The bathroom has a fungus, an oilcloth curtain and unchanging towels. Towels are not changed, they are simply rolled up and put on a shelf, and where you can’t figure out who, I had to arrange a “debriefing”
SPA: good to good massage, but if you forget to take off your jewelry (rings, chains, etc. ) in the room, you may not get them back. The older child went for a massage, the chain was removed from him, and when he remembered about it an hour later, they didn’t give it to him, explaining that “WE SHOULD TAKE IT IMMEDIATELY” who had to, gritting his teeth, instead of a stolen-lost chain, buy that chain with a pendant, which she pointed at in a jewelry store. In general, the impression of the sea is wonderful, but the hotel is terrible, our legs in this hotel will no longer be and I do not advise everyone.
