Do not accept extra payments! Show the vouchers, call the police.
In general, think three times before booking, the owners here are probably from the Russian Federation.
It seems that all the positive reviews are either bought, or people have simply never been to really good hotels.
The rooms are small - 55 meters is considered to be a terrace, and the room itself is no more than 30 meters. Everything in the room is dirty: plumbing, towels, bed linen.
The food in the hotel restaurants is disgusting, greasy, overcooked, tasteless! The first 2 days we ate in the main restaurant and the so-called a la carte - I treated my stomach for the rest of the days and apparently I will continue to treat. We didn’t dare to eat there anymore, we went to the neighboring Pinskiy every day for lunch and dinner, it’s delicious there, but each trip costs at least 200-300 euros.
There is simply no service at the hotel, no one simply responded to requests to bring a baby bath, a crib and others, by the way, you can’t get through to the reception either, there is no personal assistant on WhatsApp, like in all 5 * hotels.
Therefore, be prepared for any request to go to the reception at any time of the day!
The beach is more like a public one in Gelendzhik than in a 5* hotel! In order to somehow relax, we rented a separate boar for the whole vacation (300 euros per day).
For breakfast, I had to go to a restaurant in the hotel, but breakfast also managed to cook a terrible, fatty omelette, inedible porridge, plus the waiters do not speak English at all, and in order to order something like boiled eggs, I had to look for a picture on the Internet every time. Well, if you want to explain the nuances, for example, not cold juice, then this is simply unrealistic, no one will understand you.
There are crowds of people in the hotel, very crowded and noisy, there is a feeling that you are at the stadium.
Wifi doesn't really work. The concierge, at the request to book a table, sent the restaurant's phone number and said to call yourself, as it is busy)))
It is simply impossible to call a buggy, be prepared to walk long distances in the heat in the mountains on foot.
All my words are confirmed by photos and screenshots of correspondence.
I didn't see any pros in this hotel.
The only adequate person - the manager Elena always tried to help and somehow correct the situation, but it is impossible to correct the irreparable. I repeatedly complained to the management about the problems of the hotel, asked to return the money and move to another hotel, no one reacted in any way except for the words “we are very sorry”, “how can we fix everything”.
As a result, when leaving, the director offered me a discount (250 euros)))) in exchange for the fact that I would not write a true review. What I, having spent about 10 thousand euros in this "beautiful" hotel (restaurants, wild boar), just to somehow relax, refused.
Then the same director said I won’t give a discount and canceled it)))
In general, if you don’t want to spoil your vacation, mood and stomach, never come to this “gourmet paradise” as travel agents advertise it!
It was later discovered that 400 and 700 dollars were stolen from us from our wallets.
From the pros: very beautiful nature, good entry into the sea, delicious food, a lot of entertainment for children (water park, amusement park, dinosaur park, children's room), the most responsive and attentive staff.
Of the minuses: the hotel is positioned as a VIP, but of course it clearly does not reach this level (everything everywhere is somehow unfinished, does not function in full). There are almost no seafood in terms of nutrition: there are no shrimp at all, except for the a la carte restaurant, and so there were crayfish once a week and mussels stuffed with rice (but there were a lot of fish, although the salmon was only salty, even in sushi). You need to come to dinner closer to the opening, because there are not enough goodies for everyone.
There was always trash with sunbeds (because towels should be issued on cards, but in fact they were given just like that) and all the normal places were occupied at 6 in the morning. An unfinished children's room (nothing really works there except for a couple of rooms, but there should be a city of professions), not everything worked in the amusement park and dinopark. And in the park there was paid cotton and popcorn in the ultra-all-inclusive towels came across darned, there were holes in the sheet. There are no bathrobes in the rooms - you have to ask. A bunch of annoying photographers who really interfere with rest.
In general, shorter to the VIP level as to the Moon, an ordinary good hotel.
There is also a joke with check-in: we had a night flight, they bring us to the hotel at 6 in the morning. We asked to arrange an early check-in, but in the end it turned out that the hotel did not have such a service at all (even for a fee), and in the end we were settled by 10 in the morning with a 2-month-old baby, and then we were the first, and there was a total family of 15 sitting there. And this happened every morning - someone always slept on the sofas in the hall.
In the hotel, the cheapest rooms that are usually sold are not in the hotel itself, but in the houses on the territory - it’s better not to take them in short, because you will constantly have to walk to the hotel and back (since golf carts rarely come to them), and this 10-15 minutes in the heat. In general, they are very small and have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the street (and you can see everything in them)))) we lived in the hotel itself - it is much more convenient, and it is convenient that there were always buses from the hotel to the amusement park and water park.
And in short, managers clean up all reviews on large portals and persuade guests to remove negative reviews (they offer fruit in the room, etc. ). The hotel is very afraid of them, because the real picture is very far from the declared)
What we did not like: there was a catastrophic lack of sunbeds on the beach (it felt like Odessa), very noisy in the evening and at night, we lived in a bungalow opposite the "city of professions" is something terrible, hotel workers rode motorcycles and tractors (watered lawns at night ) I made three remarks at the reception.
Pros:
1) Good service
2) Excellent room with a luxurious bathroom and all the primabas from toothbrushes to bathrobes.
3) A varied diet (red fish for breakfast, awesome sweets, a lot of delicious dishes). Imported alcohol. Everything is high quality and not cheap.
4) A chic main pool with soft sunbeds, a decent water park.
5) Disco after dinner (honestly, the hotel was not boring, even though it is a family one). The show is not really.
6) TERRITORY - amazingly beautiful.
But this hotel is not worth the money that is asked for it in the "season". Why:
1) Food without frills, yes, fresh juices and red fish for breakfast every morning, but there was never anything extra for dinner. Seafood is scarce. Mussels with rice twice, and white fish : (
2) A LOT of people (they say that this is only half of the “load” and the hotel is not ready. I think no one will be happy to catch a sunbed for $ 3k : )
3) Half of the slides are not working and only one a la carte out of 4.
4) The service is good, but in Alya Carte, for some unknown reason, they didn’t put us at a table overlooking the sea, which stood empty all evening : ) they asked to change the room (ours was near the “road” at the reception) for 6 days too - ignore.
5) Very expensive additional services. (High level hotel, but 100 euros for a pool bungalow. . . ) I think for 3k dollars a month in Turkey you can rent a villa with a sea view : )
6) Not a minus of the hotel, but be prepared that Bodrum is a very windy region and you can freeze well in June in the shade. There is no particular protection from the wind on the territory.
Summary: at a good price, it’s definitely worth going to the hotel, at its full price in the season (the end of June shows me 3k for two) no. Perhaps for this money everything will work even in quarantine, but there is a suspicion that it will be the same : )
There were no food issues. Everything is there - both mashed potatoes for the baby, and red rabka for me and meat for my husband. Excellent selection of food.
There are nuances in terms of alcohol, the hotel positions itself as a luxury (for 7 days the tour cost over 3500 euros), but we were only served Turkish wine (import from 28 euros per bottle), my husband searched for Chivas or Jack and got it from under the floor, I got Baileys I never had enough at the bar by the sea, when I didn’t come up, the bartender said “sorry”.
As for entertainment, there is everything - a water park, amusement park, dances, concerts, etc.
We had a nuance, they left a wallet with 900 USD. in the room, forgot about him, after 2 days he was gone!! ! It is not clear whether they stole from the safe or just lay on the table, but the fact itself! The staff didn't want to help us at all! So I do not recommend people to come to this hotel!
Another nuance with the number. Our booking indicated a child under 1 year old! As a result, we are given a room on the second floor in a bungalow without an elevator!! ! Excuse me, how can we get up to the room with a stroller? They changed the room, minus a day, then they gave it on the 1st floor near the disco, they got tired of swearing, they stayed, the poor child could not really sleep!
Another nuance - they didn’t clean our room for 2 days, there was nowhere to put the diapers, somehow the cleaning lady came in at 9 am, we were still going and asked to come later, so no one came! Fruits in the room are also given chosen, we did not get them! As a result, there is really too much negativity in 7 days, there are hotels in Turkey that are better in terms of staff and service, where you should spend your finances)))

- In our opinion, none.

Delicious food, large territory and, most importantly, a large amount of entertainment for everyone. Especially for children: children's city, Dinopark, amusement park (and everything is absolutely free! ).
I really liked the animators! The guys create a great atmosphere and do not give the opportunity to get bored.
Good friendly staff, helped us several times with our questions, very promptly.
We will definitely return!
