Hotel after renovation. When settling did not pay extra, got a room with an excellent location and view. The bulk of vacationers are Poles, Slavs (I don’t divide into Russians and Ukrainians). The territory is small but very green and well-groomed. The whole hotel is compact, cozy, architecturally very interesting, first line. Lots of beautiful birds. I think the food is good. Always had: meat - veal, chicken, turkey; fish in assortment; good side dishes; puree soups; fruits - apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits; ice cream and a huge selection of sweets always! Weak only breakfasts and animation. There is a gym, indoor pool, sauna, spa, etc.
I definitely recommend the hotel!
The beach is narrow, not poorly lit at night, and my girlfriend liked to come there late at night, listen to music, enjoy the sound of the waves (and the waves there are constantly rocking the sound).
On the night of September 9 to September 10.2020, a friend took fruit, a bottle of wine and went to the beach. Further infa specifically for the "experiencers" for the moral character of those who drink alcohol (after drinking two glasses and bringing back half a bottle of wine, well, alcohol intoxication cannot be assumed, so moralists go to hell).
Now to the point, she fell asleep on the beach. After sleeping for about an hour, bam, but there is no card from the room in my pocket. IMMEDIATELY to her, as a hotel employee jumped out of the ground late at night (they are all wearing masks) and asked what happened. Asked WHICH ROOM!! ! she lives (why the hell does he need to know this?! ), she, naive, said the room number….
This man suggested that she go to reception, get a copy of the card, as if she could not do it herself, gentleman, damn it. At the same time, they did not walk in a straight line (it is enough to go straight along the lawn), but in some roundabout ways, while he actively distracted her from what was happening, chatted a lot about nothing. OK, came to the reception, took a copy of the map. My friend returned to the room, where I slept in a deep sleep (I sleep in earplugs, it's a habit).
In the morning the most interesting began. I, having returned from Bodrum the night before, was too lazy to put a small handbag in the safe (samadura), the bag was not far from the entrance on the minibar. Opening the bag, I understand that there are no bundles of banknotes in lira. About 600 lire (80+ bucks). For me, the amount is not critical, but still a pity.
At first, I didn’t even understand what had happened, I began to look for ...a break, everything, the first thought about theft appeared. Couldn't believe it.
A friend from breakfast came, told her what happened, I say, check your bag (yes, I also lay on the couch with small money inside : )))
She opens the bag and says...the lyre is gone.
And tells a nighttime story on the beach. I thought about what happened and said everything I think about her : -) at first I didn’t understand WHAT happened, the brain refused to believe in what was happening?
I went to the reception, called the manager, my English is fluent, communication was not difficult. Described the situation. At first, the manager was polite (assistant to the general manager), a certain Zafer Goksen said that they would now look through the system, which entrances to the room were.
There are no VIDEO CAMERAS in this impoverished hotel, one hangs at the entrance to the reception, to equip the corridors of the hotel, as in real 5 * cameras - they could not (or there are cameras, but they cover the stealing staff, it is unlikely, of course). The Samara hotel was only able to buy itself a 2 star plus, on top of their actual 3*. This is not 5 *, a good "three-ruble note".
OK, I take a printout of the entrances to the room, and what I see ....and I see the following. A friend came, changed clothes and went to the beach (copy of map No. 1), then I come, according to the main map and fall asleep without hind legs, with earplugs in my ears.
But then, it’s very interesting before the girlfriend returns from the beach, with a new copy of card No. 2, about 15 minutes before her arrival ...THE ENTRY IS FIXED ...according to the lost (yes, according to the STOLEN) CARD !!!! ! At that moment, when a friend was at the reception!!!!
I mean, this bastard office worker who approached my friend on the beach is paired with another bastard. He asked my clueless girlfriend for the room number, I guess, then passed the info on to his accomplice (via mobile) and took her in a roundabout way to the reception, chatting and playing for time. Meanwhile, the second bastard entered the room and gutted two bags. Can you imagine such a situation in 5*? - me not? ))) But what I am describing happened.
I go to the manager, explain my vision of the situation, the manager starts to be rude to me, in a manner characteristic of the Turks, and goes into complete denial.
“This cannot be, we have never had this” (yeah, how).
I tell the manager that I am a random guest in this garbage hotel, I am well acquainted with the tourist business and he behaves, to put it mildly, stupidly towards the hotel guest.
He answers me that he doesn’t care, I can complain wherever I want and tries to leave, taking the printouts of the entrances to the room, a naive Turkish boor? )) I take printouts, I promise him reviews in all languages and resources available to me. To me in response - and I do not care.
This manager had to see who brought his girlfriend to the reception (there is a camera at the reception), he had to take the billing of his phone - nah, what for. "They don't steal from us. " Silly : ))
I consult with my friend (tourism, top management), he, having heard what happened, accepts my version - he is an experienced person and demands that I call the gendarmes.
I ask how long it will take - 2-3 hours they answer. Plus, until they arrive, etc. , etc.
I have the last day of rest. On the one hand, such things cannot be left unpunished, on the other hand, I have the last day of a short vacation and I didn’t give up on a showdown with the police - too long. In addition, a friend hardly speaks English, she was in a stupor from what happened, she blamed herself for what happened. In short, too much negativity for me.
I decide not to call the gendarmes. But I will post this review on all available resources, consistently translating into the languages accessible to me.
I don't care what the hotel says to me. For all of the answers, I will have my own answer with proofs.
I am a random guest in this hut in this strange covid year.
And, here, other potential guests will think twice before going to this garbage dump.
The hotel is inexpensive, I think that for an ordinary guest the loss will be more significant than for me.
For me, this situation is the most stressful. And I always punish those who are the cause of my stress.
In addition, money should always be put away in a safe (well, or someone hides it in the anus, here at will : ))))
The lesson will work for me. I have traveled to dozens of countries, I travel a lot in Asia. I have never experienced anything like this in ANY country in the world. Yes, most often I live in good expensive hotels, but in Asia I lived in simple ones, where there was no safe. Again, nothing like this has ever happened.
Avoid traveling to this hotel. They steal there. And the management is not able to cope with what is happening, and even instead of making amends to the guest, they escalate the situation, cause even more stress in the injured guest with their behavior.

Buying, there are no places for photos, just trees and green grass and one wheel in the middle of the hotel, it is not clear what timed for it))) the hotel goes to the sea, namely the quiet lagoon in which it is located (pricing may start from here)
The pool is not heated and there is no video to at least chlorine it

I was very pleased with people who are pleasant in every sense, but maybe because I speak Turkish and people always treat Turkish speakers more pleasantly? ! Therefore, the tips given were not in vain!
Rooms
Remodeled old but cozy. We advise you not to turn on the air conditioner, but to open the balcony at night - at least breathe fresh air from the sea, just be prepared to turn on the fumigator or smear yourself with mosquito repellent cream. It would not be superfluous to put a chair or a trash can near the balcony door, as cats can come to visit)
Room cleaning
The trouble is sadness is just large-scale - the room is not cleaned at all, they just change the towels for which thanks and smooth the blanket) so moreover, after cleaning, the whole bed in the sand is apparently removed with their feet))) if you are a person without claims and old blankets that do not wash off and harbor ticks If you like it - don't bother.
Animation - we can’t say anything, not very interesting and generally dull, but maybe it’s not the season and everything will be different in the high season...
Food - we were very happy with the variety of meat and fish dishes, but the joy was not long, only 2 days, and after that, salads and meat decreased in progression (and when a large group of Russian-speaking speakers arrived, the hotel began to resemble just a garbage dump and they began to cook just some kind of tin. breakfast is really nothing to eat - eggs and oatmeal or cereal every day the same thing. Lunch and dinner offered ice cream, it pleased us. But the fruits are very meager apples, pears and watermelon... even there are no strawberries, which have already begun their season for a long time. Desserts can be even not to try them, but there are many of them))) in general. I understand why people ate only french fries and pizza))) for a person who adheres to a special diet, such a vacation will be just a disaster

Only local drinks coffee and juices but you can take a bottle of good wine with you and they will open it for you and even offer glasses. So there will be no problems with your alcohol.
Beach
Removed from algae and relatively clean. Towels are soft and not washed out. There are umbrellas for a small number of people, although the beach itself is not wide and part of it is in the shade of trees
Basically, this is the summary. If this is a last-minute tour and the price is 300-400 dollars per person with a flight and transfer, take the sea in this bay, it's worth it! Since we were traveling on our own, it’s not worth booking a hotel plus paying for a transfer!

Kitchen, beach, room, territory, SPA, service - I liked everything. The only negative is that the breakfast is poor, only eggs and pancakes are hot, you need to cook the porridge yourself. However, maybe because it is in comparison with the Ultra system.
The sea in Bodrum is cool and "alive" - it was no more than 23 degrees and waves. There were no big storms, but for those who like to swim in calm, the resort is not at all suitable - more than half of the days were windy. It was not cold - the coldest day was +25, on other days +28 +29, but I expected the temperature a little higher.
I went on an excursion to Dalyan - to look at sea turtles - it turned out to be a great walk, I highly recommend it. It is also worth visiting the Bodrum fortress (the largest in the medieval Mediterranean) and the Mill Hill. Beautiful and interesting. I went to the fortress myself on Tuesday - there are no group excursions on this day - the ticket is 20 lira and you can wander all day, looking around the surroundings among the most beautiful views. The hall in the English Tower will impress anyone.
We went fishing - unsuccessfully, lost time.
In the hotel, I must say, there are almost no Russian-speaking tourists - there were 3 rooms for the entire hotel, without English it would not be very good. The hotel has the opportunity to call your guide from the reception for free.
I think that for their money the hotel (and Tez, of course) did an excellent job of organizing the rest, for which I am very grateful to them.
