We bought tours through Anex tour. Flying with Azur Airlines was terrible. I have never had such a landing in my entire life. It was shaking so that it was very scary, although I am not afraid of flying at all. The child threw up.
Further, upon arrival at the hotel, we were taken to a room that is not in any photographs of the hotel. All in red with dark furniture, tiny bed. The three of us were absolutely unable to turn around. After my indignation, we were given a family room. Yes it was larger with 2 bedrooms but the view was on the rooftop of the restaurant even though I paid for a sea view. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise, as there is a bar next to the restaurant.
According to complaints, we were moved again and on the third attempt they gave the room that I booked. It was already smaller, but at least quieter. Again, everything in the rooms is disgustingly old. The bathroom is literally falling apart. We wanted to go to the spa, so when I saw the dirt and unsanitary conditions there, I just ran out of there! Mirrors, glasses everywhere in the hotel are dirty! The furniture is shabby as if from the 90s. In terms of nutrition, for the first time I meet this: at 2 o'clock, lunch is completely buried. Remove all food completely. You didn't have time to stay hungry. At 2 o'clock Carl!! ! When is it time for lunch! Plates are taken literally from under the nose, it doesn’t matter if you finish it or not!
At my request to move us to a hotel that would correspond to 5 stars and the price that we paid, Anex tour offered to move to la Blanche island with a surcharge of $ 350 and a transfer at our expense.
Just a disgusting attitude of the hotel and Anex tour to the guests. I don’t understand how you can sell not cheap vouchers to a hotel that does not correspond to this money. Terrible attitude of the hotel, is it really so difficult to make at least some cosmetic repairs? This mess!! ! How can you offer guests such terrible rooms for such money? Terrible attitude of Anex tour! All they could do was ignore our ruined holiday!

Masks were given out at the entrance to the restaurant by a smiling girl, the person himself pours food, another one is not. We liked the rest in La Blanche so much that upon arrival home, I immediately bought a tour for my mother. And she and her friend were happy to rest in a beautiful hotel.

This year, the hotel La Blanche Resort & Spa 5 * offered us many surprises.
First, the check-in of tourists from Ukraine (we arrived after 17.00) lasted almost 2 hours, because the staff at the reception worked very uncoordinated - constantly going somewhere, translating the same papers from one place to another. When we handed in all the documents and filled out the questionnaires, we waited for almost an hour, and then asked to give us the keys, and they gave them to us immediately ...why were we kept for almost 2 hours in the reception hall, where air conditioners do not work? !!
Secondly, they tried to replace the room for two days.
The room we first saw was on the top floor, overlooking the walls of neighboring houses, which were located at a distance of 2-3 m from our balcony. The outdoor air conditioning units worked very noisily on them and it was especially felt at night.
After getting acquainted with our room, realizing the "prospects" of such a holiday, we went to agree on a room replacement. For a moment: at this time most of the rooms in the hotel were empty, and it was impossible to hide - all the rooms prepared for check-in were sealed. For example, there were more than 2/3 of them on the 4th floor. Those that went out like ours on the neighboring walls were half occupied, and all that went out to the pool were all empty.
But when we asked to replace the room with another on our own floor, at the reception Russian-speaking Svetlana with a charming smile refused us with an "iron" argument - "all the rooms for the pool are already booked. "
We were persistent and asked for an explanation as to why, according to our voucher, we can only be accommodated with a view of the wall, and not be accommodated in a room with a view of the pool. As the concept of the hotel does not include separate rooms overlooking the pool, and our voucher was also listed simply "standard". Svitlana talked to the managers for a long time ...but the result remained the same - there are no rooms and we have nowhere to move. For information, the hotel for tourists was opened on August 9, and we stopped on the 11th.
The only thing they got from the receptions was promises to do something the next morning. But in the morning we were shown an even less comfortable family room for 4 people, located on the 1st floor overlooking the street with vegetable benches ...Why a family couple room for two rooms with 4 beds? !!
For whom or for what we kept free rooms, we did not fully understand: Maybe for Turkish tourists who came to the hotel in 4 days? Maybe they were just waiting for bribes?
But "the sediment remained" ...
Very grateful to Irina (Guest Relation) thanks to her good will and perseverance, we changed the room ...for the second day of rest.
Then the "surprises" in the hotel: a chaotic approach to the organization of food, serving food in the restaurant: queues at the counters with vegetables and vegetable snacks for 30-40 people. Chefs and waiters work tired, sometimes reacting inadequately: when you ask for supplements - do not understand, when you ask for a specific piece of watermelon - do not understand.
The range of dishes was very weak for the UAl concept: for 7 days of eating shrimp in a salad - 1 time, red fish - 1 time, no fresh fruit. There were no pineapples, kiwis or figs, apples, pears, plums, small apricots, peaches, watermelon and melon. There weren't even any grapefruits ...
The range of bars is even more impressive - no type of imported alcohol: only Turkish beer, wine, vermouth and vodka ...
By the way, the reception could not even voice the concept of the hotel in relation to UAl, which is why there are not even Turkish sparkling wines. Sveta said: "that's all there is in the bar ... ".
That is, for a 5 * hotel with the UAl concept, neither the quality of staff service nor the range and quality of products of restaurants and bars corresponds.
Why did the management or owners of La Blanche Resort & Spa 5 * decide to reduce their costs and make more profit through quarantine? Do they think that tourists frightened by the SARS-CoV-2 virus are not able to adequately assess the quality of hotel services?
Very disappointed, completely dissatisfied with the rest of the hotel La Blanche Resort & Spa 5 *. We have been vacationing in Turkey every year for over 20 years. We have never met such a low level in 5 * hotels ...We will not return to this hotel, we will not recommend it to our friends!
The entire territory of the hotel consists of several buildings interconnected, resembling the letter P on top, in the center of which almost the entire space is flooded with water from two pools. The spa has free hauna, hammam, steam room. There is an indoor heated pool and relaxation area. There is no shady vegetation on the territory.
Beach.
Between the private beach and the buildings there is a public promenade, which is raised to the level of the second floor of the hotel. The passage to the beach under this promenade is like under a bridge. The promenade is completely isolated from the hotel, so no stranger will be able to enter the beach or the hotel territory. A beach of very fine compressed sand with a very gradual gentle entry into the sea without stones and algae. At the hotel, two piers form a semi-closed bay, so there are no waves on the beach. The depth of the bay is not great, so the water warms up faster in spring than in the open sea. You can also retire on two piers, where there are pavilions with drinks service.
Nutrition.
The main restaurant has a spacious outdoor terrace. In the evenings, an unforgettable Bodrum sunset is guaranteed. In addition to the standard for all hotels minimum set of dishes for all inclusive (egg breakfast, pancakes, raw and boiled vegetables, greens, cheese products, sausages, pizza, pasta, cereals, biscuits, apples, pears and oranges, instant coffee and yuppies), there were also :
for breakfast - fresh juices for a fee;
for dinner there was a queue for chicken, there was not enough fish for everyone.
Drinks are carried only by the waiters, the service is as lucky as you can not pour yourself.
Rooms.
Worthy repair. Mattresses are thick and comfortable. A separate card for electricians, which can be left in the room and the air conditioner will work even when no one is in the room.
And it’s hard to get to a 3-star hotel because the drinks are all logged + everything is not understandable for the first time, I saw this for the first time, the wi-fi is terrible, it doesn’t catch anywhere only at the reception, the food is also not tasty for 5 *****, it doesn’t pull at all, animators then they do what they try to offer to go to clubs + they ask for a lot of money . . and don’t smoke hookah in the hotel, too, a divorce.
Beach. made an artificial bay, so the water is warmer than other hotels. The Aegean Sea is much cleaner than the Mediterranean, small fish even near the shore, and they got a starfish there (then they released it into the depths). There are a lot of sun loungers, but there is very little shade on the beach. Therefore, you need to take it early under the awning. The sunbeds are very close (it can be seen from the photo). But very good piers, the child liked to go down the stairs more so as not to get sand on his feet)
Restaurant. liked the terrace outside, good service. The waiter brings drinks (coffee, alcohol, etc. ) very quickly. We did not see any gastronomic dishes, but the usual Turkish menu was well prepared. Two types of fish (stewed and grilled). I also tried the meat, it was good, cooked without frills. There were no strawberries, they said they would leave in June, but they ate cherries and watermelons. also ice cream from 12.30 to 17.00 and for dinner there were also 5-7 types.
Cleaning in the room is very bad the first 3 days, then the cleaner changed and improved noticeably. When there was not enough shampoo and soap, I came up and asked for it myself, the same with towels. No bathrobes, kettle and iron. Therefore, I say that the hotel is a simple comfortable 5-ka.
Comfortable because a very small area and everything is close.
Baby club at the farthest point from the sea, there are several children's pools near it, so it's wet and slippery. there are only 3 animators for children, when I personally let me down and asked, then they worked with the child. Children's songs in Russian are not welcome at the disco, they also put on one song 2 times at the personal request.
The vast majority of the hotel - Poles, probably about 65%, Ukrainians - 15%, from Russia - 7-9%, the rest of the British, Turks, Germans, Italians, Albanians.

The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and quite for a relaxing holiday. the coast of Bodrum is more oriented towards Europe, so the contingent, mostly educated with knowledge of English, comes, it pleases.

The beach is larger than the hotel itself, a lagoon with reliable protection from the waves, but not from the wind, alas. By self-capture, they took paid places on the pier, which by our arrival had already become ownerless. There are only three such secluded places... a personal locker room, a refrigerator, a safe, benches, beds, a ladder to the water. But most importantly, there are no neighbors rubbing against their sides and screaming from the phones of "Vladimir centrals. " If we return, we will take only these houses for any money. After a couple of days, hiding from the wind, we went to the sandy beach. . . oh! Plank beds, sand mixed with gobies, everything is dirty and shabby. Since then, they hid from the wind near the bass or on a secret stump near the pier. I snitched on the supervisor, but it’s impossible to clean the sand on the beach... except to shovel everything with a colander. There are no ashtrays, so they throw cigarette butts at each other. The territory is washed all inclusive with a pier. The rooms are cleaned for a quarter with a tip (without them I'm afraid of a gloomy), soapy-ryl in the range, as many towels as you want, in the refrigerators a set of sweet drinks. Water had to be carried, since the lobby bar is nearby. The linen is brand new, the beds are good.
Food!!! ))) It's reluctant to beat yourself with your heels in the chest and prove a gentle attitude to food, but in all honesty on your overgrown belly, I haven't eaten so tasty, varied and home-style for a long time. Meat of all kinds in any interpretation, vegetables are correct. I don’t understand the complaints about the monotony, they didn’t even try everything. Well, no scallops, mussels, shrimp, but grilled fish is an ode to joy! For lunch and dinner they ate instead of dessert, but they didn’t get bored... sea bass, 2 types of trout, sea bream alternated, since it was red. Not a sweet tooth, but I pushed cheesecake and tiramisu under the tonsils because it was indecently tasty. Soups either sooo or not. Fruit filled up to the fullest. Favorite invincible breakfast yogurts, always urya croissants (warmed in a toaster), awesome draft jams... what else is needed for happiness (c) True, teas are complete garbage and coffee is not ice. For many-year-olds in the morning, cheeses, sausages, eggs, milk and all sorts of perversions. Basik has a nice drink-snack... I liked the shawarma, I was pleased with the young and aromatic dry white wine.

And now a bucket of tar. 2 days before departure, not just horror, but horror-horror-horror! In a couple of hours, there was complete chaos and bitch, you can’t go to the toilet, all the floors are flooded with liquids of various sizes, terrible scary ones roam your face everywhere... guard! About 20-30 souls drove in, but the impression was that they were surrounded by a dense ring. Lost house (s) Previously, only rich Turks rested here, but now the trade union of the homeless has staked out a heavenly place. The Turks have always lacked a shmul culture, but these zombies are a nightmarish nightmare.
Before leaving, there was a merriment.
