We lived in the village, the room is normal with its own balcony on the 1st floor. View of the neighboring building with vegetation.
The hotel is old, but not dead. Maybe there are dead numbers, but both my mother and I had worthy ones.
IMPORTANT detail - at the peak of the season there were a bunch of people more than 1000 people, the animators said that it was stressful both on the beach and in the restaurant. During our stay, the hotel was 80% full - there were no queues, there were enough sun loungers.
They didn’t indulge in food, but every day meat, fruits, sweets. Nobody complained. But there are no chips of fives here, not ice cream or anything else. You will never wake up hungry - there is a snack bar, a bar on the beach, a tea patio will treat you to cookies before dinner.

Animation was, we went to a mini-disco and a kids club.
The contingent is 70% of ours. . . And of course, there were degenerates who yelled, cursed and burst into swollen rooms, went with their music, turning it on at night...... I don't know what city and country they are from, and whether they know how read, but if they read this review, then let them know that because of such behavior, Ukrainians, Russians, Belarusians are considered second-rate...
I am sure that the hotel was very loud at one time, a very large territory, only on the 3rd day I noticed all the areas for relaxation.
There is a pier on the beach, the children's beach is not big, the sea is warm, the view is amazing. Because of the bay, the sea is calm, there are almost no waves, the color is amazing.
The nearest village is Gundogan, 20 minutes on foot or for 1 dollar by minibus. It has 6 supermarkets, a travel agency, several souvenir shops, if you need clothing shopping, then go from the Gundogan bus station to Bodrum. Drive 35 minutes.
We went on an excursion to Ephesus, we liked it very much.
In general, we are satisfied, this is a budget 5k, no frills, and no brushes in the bathrooms of the rooms (I did not understand this joke).
I was embarrassed at the entrance by the lack of stars on the hotel, then looking around, you understand that in Gundogan, there is only one hotel, and the rest of the houses are for sale or for rent.
At the entrance, in front of the reception there is a beautiful palm tree surrounded by prickly cacti. In order to get to it, you need to overcome these ugly thorns... So in this hotel, there are beautiful corners, but in order to taste them, you need to bypass the thorns))
