Therefore, the expectation of even a weak 5 will be clearly overstated. And yet, despite these unpleasant moments, the sea, the air compensates for everything. Have a good rest, peace!! !

The hotel has its own sandy beach with small pebbles when entering the sea, as well as a large pier / panton where you can comfortably sit on sunbeds under umbrellas. For guests who love privacy and improved service, there is a separate VIP area with individual sun loungers and cabins.

After we made a scandal with a surcharge of 7 € per day, we were settled in a suitable room. The room was in a villa, the size of the room did not correspond to the declared one, but the location was good, the view was beautiful from the large balcony, so we can say that we were satisfied, but not for long.
Further in the room, we noticed a bunch of ants, a dirty room (the floor was disgustingly washed), the furniture and repairs were old, there were no declared towels for 5 stars (2 towels per person), the sink was leaking in the bathroom and we always had a mini-pool on the floor. For the whole vacation, the bed linen was never changed, they were practically not cleaned, even sometimes they didn’t take out the garbage, they apparently didn’t go to the balcony at all, they cleaned the table on the balcony themselves.
The food was disgusting apart from cherry tomatoes, watermelon and peaches. For the entire period, Turkish sweets were seen once, and everything else was impossible to eat. Most of the alcohol is cheap and low quality, except for a few cocktails in the lobby bar on the 1st floor.
The main restaurant (where all breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held) looked like a cheap canteen, where they constantly swept under your feet, you feel like in McDonald's. There were no tablecloths even for dinner!
There are several restaurants on site by appointment, we visited Turkish and Sea Food, the food did not differ from the buffet - tasteless! With all this, the plates are dirty, often on the lower part one could observe the remains of food from other visitors, we are silent about divorces.
On the beach from 3-5 there was an ice cream shop, I would like to note that it was very tasty.
Despite the minuses of the kitchen and atmosphere, the staff is responsive and helpful.
The beach is terrible, there is practically no sand, the sunbeds are not processed and washed, they are very close to each other. But what pleased me is that public areas are cleaned often and well.
The sea is very clean and warm. You can see the bottom and swimming fish.
Water activities cost unreasonably large amounts of money. Rent a jet ski in 15 minutes: 1 person 60€, 2 - 75€.
Evening entertainment is suitable for those who want to drink a glass, another to Turkish music. It's hard to call it animation.
For children, cartoons were shown only in Turkish, given that 80% of the vacationers were Russian speakers.
You can iron things only FOR MONEY (the approximate cost of 1 thing is 10 € in dry cleaning), there was no service - an iron in the room, and there was no ironing room.
Russian-speaking girls at the Guest reception desk were very responsive and always helped in resolving issues.
I would like to note the issue of concern to everyone during the pandemic - all the precautionary rules were observed, the staff always wore masks, the hotel territory was regularly treated with disinfectants, except for sunbeds.
In general, we can rate our stay at 3 - and then only because we always left the hotel in the evening. And yes, by the way, the bars are closed after 9, and there is also no snack after 9 pm.
We will not visit this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.
2. The food is terrible, very primitive and, most importantly, tasteless. Even Turkish dishes, which in Turkey should be cooked well, are not. Turkish sweets were only twice a week and also very mediocre. This is by far the worst 5* hotel for me.
3. Drinks - there is no Ultra all inclusive in the hotel - low-grade local alcohol is everywhere. It is impossible to drink cocktails, and you don’t feel like it at all. Two glasses are enough to give you a headache the next day. I meet this for the first time. Only local white wine was allowed to drink. Yes, on the last day we were told that there is imported alcohol in the lobby bar - in fact, these are two drinks that are not on display and you need to come up and ask.
4. Animation is designed only for the Turks. Aerobics in the pool, a chamber concert with a guitar in the evening - that's all.
5. Territory - we liked the beach. Pierce is good. There were no problems with sunbeds, the bottom is very rocky and after 5 steps there is a sharp drop down. The sea is excellent, everything is visible at a depth of 5 meters.
6. I will not return to the hotel even if they offer me a tour for 100 euros, although we paid almost 900 euros per person in August. For the money you can choose a lot of good options. The price of this hotel in the summer is a maximum of USD 400-500.
From 7 am to 14.30 did not settle. It’s a pity I can’t add a photo here, but after cleaning from scratch, I saw on the bed, poorly washed sheets from other people’s critical days (floor sheets), the bedspreads were stained, the floor was solid dirt, the face towels in the bathroom were from previous visitors, stained mud! The shower is clogged, the water does not drain properly. I brought the maid by the hand 4 times and forced to clean and change. They cleaned as they wanted and the impression was that they didn’t clean it. The air conditioner is never washed, it can be seen from the heaps of dirt in it through the grate. I didn't look in, but the room was small, the ceiling was low, and my head was raised by clouds of mud. Without it, it is unrealistic to sleep at night, if the Club rooms, noise and din from the road, FIG. Sleep. It’s real to get sick. A bunch of people flew away with snot and cough. Ladies, take your balms and shampoos. There is only a shower gel with a masculine scent and it is also a 2 in 1 shampoo.
There are heaps of dirty towels and garbage bags on the territory. Zero entertainment. You will have one joy - Eat! ! (There is a lot of food, but often you will not be hungry. ) The waiters are above your soul to remove the plates. It’s annoying, not to eat calmly, especially when they just snatched half a half-eaten plate from under their noses, and stupidly removed it, not hearing what they were saying). Everything is filthy everywhere in the restaurant below, the walls, the floor are often not washed in the evening, the glass is all dirty, food and stains (Swedish). Or two joys - to swell in addition in the evening at a plastic table by the pool and the bar below! . Neither the first nor the second I was not interested with my son (my son is 16 years old. She asked for a separate bed, the operator indicated to me that there was one bed and a sofa. Sleeping with a teenager son is not comfortable for him or me, they said they would put the bed and didn’t put it, the son slept on the sofa all the days ).
The sea is clean, the bottom is stone in blocks, fucking deep and salty (Black was not even close by salinity. We immediately went down the ladder from the pier and you don’t feel the bottom with your head. A normal mother will not let a child go, even more so after dinner. There is a piece shallow beach, very small, a lot of children there, you can’t swim in. And there are very small umbrellas for the sunbeds, you can’t hide in the heat, and the sun fries all over, burn out, the hotel will not help you, your problems. Immediately warn you about this, insurance is does not cover. And another phrase, that no one is responsible for the integrity of things in the room, generally killed. There was a small safe, really. You don’t buy it without glasses, your eyes eat out from the salt.
In the morning until 14.00, the sea is calm, then there is constant wind and waves. Even such a good swimmer as I can't splash in the evening. On the beach, the tables and sunbeds are dirty, they are not washed even occasionally. I couldn't take it anymore, I wiped everything myself, . There are toilets on the beach, but very dirty. It is problematic to eat on the veranda, there is a lot. Excursions - the prices are high and often not worth it, while going one way often, in the heat, 3 hours. For 50 euros, my child did not see even 1/3 of what was promised, in addition to eating a crab, which he also caught, this was part of the program, they demand another 10 euros to pay.
On excursions they promise to feed. Not fresh and in small quantities. My child, an omnivore, did not dare to eat, it looked and smelled like that. I arrived hungry. After the massage, they try to tell you that you are sick and that you should buy from them. If you are alone and want to break away, do not even hope. This is basically a family run hotel.
They chose the hotel very quickly, without reading the comments - on the advice of a travel agency. When we came home, we read a lot and for 2 weeks before the holiday we were tormented by our conscience, where will we end up. .
Whenever we book a vacation, we pay extra for the best rooms with sea views and only the main building. So it was this time.
We were accommodated and greeted very warmly, the room near the main building: with repairs, everything is clean, new, plumbing near the order. Cleaning daily and free of charge, daily filled the mini bar and quite decent.
The most impressive area, very large, typical Turkey without pathos, but very cozy. . the scenery is incredible. And again I note - everything is clean and a lot of staff who clean and clean the area and the beach from pigs, which "with. . where to stand! ! ! ! ! ! ! Sometimes she wanted to run to the cigarette, who pushes in the sand, although there is a trash can near the leather deck chair, whether they carry food and the same with appliances.
The beach is pebbles, a little annoying. Were with a 3-year-old child - swimming with us in a circle - everything is ok)! There is also a wonderful pool. There are enough sunbeds for everyone. The water is clean. .
Special thanks to the animation and very friendly staff! ! ! ! ! ! ! You feel comfortable, as if you know everyone. We were in many hotels, there was no such atmosphere anywhere. Both English and Russian are spoken. We had no problem understanding them.

We were pleasantly surprised by this, because we have always associated turkey with low cuisine. We arrived at the hotel at 15:30... we settled in at about 17:00, while they immediately asked to wait 10 minutes and drink coffee at the bar, then another 10 minutes, etc. )... there was no intelligible answer!

The staff does not speak either Russian or English, very convenient by the way... not a single problem can be solved, a complete scumbag (single guys, they spoke a little English and if they managed to catch them, they used them as translators)
3. Information was not provided either at the time of check-in, or later (usually the rooms are equipped with an information book)... well, do you understand what I mean? Hotel map, where and how much. . .
4. Cleaning. . . I don't even know how to describe it! The floor is not wiped (we lived on the ground floor with access to the grass, so it was easy to assess the quality of cleaning... it's strange that the cleaner didn't bother), and the towel under the feet in the bathroom just turns over to the clean side, but what? Option... again, due to the ignorance of languages by the staff, nothing can be presented to anyone! Many wrote that tips improved the quality of cleaning... fundamentally for such an attitude is the attitude! didn’t pay (although I’m always glad to thank you)!
