I was driving on a last-minute ticket and expected to get into a hotel, let's say, of average horror, since in previous years I had no luck with three-ruble notes in the summer. From Acacia (Akasia - if true), the first impression is why such a good hotel was not given four stars... Then, of course, some imperfections came out, but in general - this is one of the best Egyptian-Turkish three-ruble notes that I got into. Beautiful territory, good rooms, individual air conditioners, two beaches (stone on the territory and sandy at the edge of the territory), the hotel is built with terraces and most of the rooms overlook the sea. The food is not very varied, as everywhere in treshkas, but at the same time cooked from the heart, like at home. They are fed practically from 7-00 to 22-00 (they are fed, because between the main meals there is still pizza and cookies, and one smoothly flows into the other - you won’t get hungry), tea and coffee around the clock (precisely around the clock, because despite the fact that that the bar closes at 24-00, there is a coffee machine at the reception, so you can drink tea or coffee at least at three in the morning).
About the beach: the hotel descends in terraces to a stone beach (precisely stone, because there are not even pebbles and cobblestones, so entering the water is only three ladders); if you walk along a picturesque path through the hotel (60 meters with a slight slope uphill and the same from the mountain, such a pass), we go out to a large sandy beach, which also includes nearby hotels (threes and fours), a fairly large section of the beach is marked as belonging to Acacia - parents with children and older people go there. Young people usually bathe on a stone beach - it is more peaceful and beautiful on it. On the sandy beach there is the Annex building, which has not yet been put into operation (the staff lives there) - to be honest, I would not want to live there, because the windows of this very annex go directly to the animation site of the nearby "four", but parents with children - maybe a blessing... they say, the quality of the rooms there tried to compensate for the location of the annex, 150 meters from the restaurant and the pool)).
There are a lot of "mushrooms" on both beaches, so finding a shade, in general, is not a problem.

Large and soft pillows are scattered throughout the territory - an invitation to lie down under palm trees (I have never seen anything like this before), on the beach you can also choose to lie on an ordinary plastic sunbed, or on such pillows...
The hotel is located in... (hard to say what)... something like a cottage town, the locals call it "European houses" because they either belong to or are rented out to Europeans during the season. Therefore, on the one hand, this is not a village, and on the other hand, there are no entertainment and shops around. It's a fifteen minute walk to the nearest souvenir shop. So the hotel is for a quiet relaxing holiday.
In general - I really liked the hotel (I will add that at the time when I was there, there were up to 60 people in the hotel, so everything was very peaceful and relaxing)... when there are more people, turmoil begins and the hotel frankly loses its charm...
Friendly staff, though not very good at speaking Russian (Russian is spoken by the reception)
The Aegean Sea is cool (like our Black Sea) and not very salty, of amazing transparency. . .
