Ужасно! Terrible!

Unsanitary conditions! Killed rooms and furniture in them! In the showers there is dirt, mold, fungus, shabby doors and someone else's hair ten years ago! Everywhere on the territory and at the reception there is dirt and garbage! Toilets - better not to remember! (children were not allowed there) Fitness room - out of 6 simulators, 2 work. Complete disregard for requests and complaints from the staff! The food is just not there! Fruit - no! Sweets - forget! Restaurant, Spa center, confectionery, animation, aqua aerobics and almost everything from the hotel described in the advertisement - does not work! Cleaning - no! Nobody changes old, dirty, torn towels! The hotel managers and the guide manager from the Anex tour Shamil Rasul do not solve the issues (they accepted complaints but did nothing) - the main thing is to sell the tour at a triple price!
There was nothing to do for children - they sat in the hotel lobby, caught a terrible Internet to play games on the phone!
Disinfectors, antiseptics, masks, washing floors, tables, etc. during the Covid-19 pandemic are completely absent!!!

We tried not to be in the hotel, so as not to pick up some kind of infection!
Holiday ruined drastically!! !
