I want to draw your attention to the fact that many reviews about this hotel refer to the neighboring ASARLIK_u, five-star. Royal Azarliku. We rested in ASARLIK BEACH 4 *, and in the five-star, of the same name, we went to the bathhouse, and just walked... We cooled off.
Rooms.
There is no shampoo or bathroom amenities in the rooms - only liquid soap (like in the free toilets) and towels. The bed was not changed for us even once in a week, although the children spilled the juice on the sheet. Remove - very bad. Brazenly knock on the door when you sleep during the day. If you don’t open it, the cleaner opens it with his key, so what if you’re not dressed... (in the five-star hotel there were indicators on the doors - the bed glows red - it means “I’m sleeping, do not disturb”). You lock yourself on the bolt - it bangs until you answer. Mzhet this they so only to Russian? A friend put a dollar under the ashtray - they removed it from her. I didn't guess. . . Hairdryer in the room - worked exactly 15 seconds. then overheated and turned off for 15-20 minutes. It is not possible to use.

NOW THE MAIN THING: THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK. That is, he buzzed and drove the air, but did not cool him. It's over 40 degrees outside in August. The houses are two stories, I had a room on the second floor. In the morning the roof was heated - and there was nothing to breathe. I went to the reception - they twisted the remote control for a long time, put it on "cold", said that it would be better and left. But the effect was the same - that you set it at 30 degrees, that at 17. (Tourists were freezing in a five-star hotel... )
Staff.
ABSOLUTELY does not speak Russian. Some people know 1 word - thank you. And happily repeat it. This is nothing - only NONE of my colleagues from Ukraine-Russia were warned about this. Therefore, several of our tourists "hung" on me, which, however, I was glad...
We caught only one Russian speaker (slightly) in the bathhouse. Again, a five-star hotel. . .
Sea.
It is far below. The landscape of the hotel reminds a little of the Crimean Levadia. From the mountain to the mountain... But everything is green, pretty. There are stones in the sea. All the English-Germans-Italians - stick around the pool, where they are entertained by noisy animation students. If you want to communicate with fellow countrymen - you need to go to the sea. Ours are there. A couple of Germans differ from a distance with special rubber slippers for swimming (sold right there on the shore, in a shop).
City.
Gumbet is (in my opinion) a dirty village with a bunch of restaurants on the shore (Europe lies on pillows and dirty sofas in the evenings, smokes hookahs, sings karaoke, watches matches and humorous shows on TV). Interesting in Bodrum. Green minibuses go there for 1 euro. Clean, lots of shops, a beautiful promenade and a fortress. Good to go. You just need to be prepared for the situation. Yachts, the sea, ancient cities. . . Everything is in place. Hairdryer only needed to be taken : ) The hotel does not pull on 4 *!
