The travel agent recommended this hotel. Gave brochures to read. I read her magazines, went to the hotel website. Well, I think, wow how much they promise! Namely: the hotel gives out an arena, a stroller, a potty; for children under 3 years old, yogurt, juice and milk are provided in the room every day; there is free laundry for children under 3 years old; there is a nursery for children from 0 to 4. As a result, of everything promised, they gave us only an arena, a stroller and a pot. There were no juices, no yoghurts, no milk. There is a washing machine: there is a washing machine in the kids club - come and wash it. But then a problem arises: I don’t have washing powder with me, and in the hotel store it costs a lot of money. Let's say I bought a powder, so what? Do you need to load a 5 kg machine to wash 2-3 T-shirts and a few panties? Or wait until a mountain of dirty things gathers from the whole hotel? We washed our own in the room, BUT the rooms do not provide anything for drying clothes. We hung them on the balcony and every time we thought about not collecting panties all over the hotel, because once a towel was blown off our balcony by the wind.
Now about the nursery: I took my baby to the nursery. I go up to the teacher (a Turkish girl who speaks Russian), I say: here is a boy, his name is Artem, I will come in 10 minutes. And she left. I stand in the corner, watching. The child played with toys, then got up, went out and went and NO ONE RUN FOR HIM AND DID NOT RETURN !! ! I caught up with him and took him. Once they even tried to prevent them from sitting at a table at 11.45 - they shouted "CLOSED". That is, I have to stand in the sun with 2 small children and wait 12 hours? And it's 5*? ! Further, in this bar under a canopy there are about 10 tables. The rest were under umbrellas, BUT the umbrellas were closed all the time. For 12 days, umbrellas were opened ONCE! We asked the bar staff to open umbrellas. The three of them talked, turned around and went about their business.

For a couple of days there was a strong wind that blew umbrellas near the pool. With me, the umbrella was blown right into the pool, a hotel worker passed by, looked, smiled and went on. Vacationers caught the umbrella.
The beach began to be cleaned at 9 o'clock in the morning. I am lying on a sun lounger, a cleaning lady came up, swept my legs with a broom, my child was sitting in the pool facing the sun lounger, she swept the sand right on him.
