THE STORY ABOUT HOW WE WERE KICKED OUT OF THE HOTEL FOR A COMPLAINT ABOUT A SPA CENTER WHICH DOES NOT APPLY TO THEM =)

On the very first day, even before settling in, we found Dr Serbest SPA according to the signs and signed up there to go to the hammam for a program with steam rooms and three types of massage. We were booked for 3pm and told to come by that time. We come, pay $ 100 for two, change clothes, and the massage therapist drags you straight from the locker rooms to peeling. I ask what two parties, if there is only the injured party, from whom they took the money, skinned, accused of being the one to blame and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE, not to mention returning $50 to the injured person. She calls Serdar again, talks to him and then informs us that he agreed to return the $25, because he believes that he did nothing wrong. My boyfriend said out loud that he should go to hell with his proposal and not be dishonored, because we spent more on treatment! Roast turkey and fried salmon twice a week are seen as a holiday. There is a large selection of food, but not much to choose from.
