We rested with a family with a child of 5 years from May 12 to May 19.2019. After reading the previous reviews, we were a little wary, but we took the risk of choosing this particular hotel and did not regret it! So, in order:
1. Settlement. We were brought to the hotel at about 17:00, we booked a Standard Land View room, after filling out the questionnaire we were immediately taken to our room, and it turned out to be overlooking the neighboring hotel and a partial sea view, which made us happy.
2. Nutrition. A huge selection of dishes, no queues, there was enough food for everyone, no matter what time they came. There are separate tables for children with a separate distribution - canned meals, packaged yogurts, some main dishes and desserts, and you can also take food from the main distribution. Despite the fact that the food is a buffet, the waiters walked around the hall and brought beer, wine, tea and other drinks. From 15:30 to 16:30 near the beach bar you could take ice cream sealed in packs, without restrictions, and also in the main restaurant they gave cones with ice cream balls (5 types). Meat was beef, chicken, fish. For dinner, in addition to the main menu - barbecue, kebab, grilled vegetables, grilled fish, as well as homemade pasta. Of the fruits, there were always apples, pears, watermelon, apricots, medlar, plums and some other fruits, I don’t remember the names. Breakfast was orange juice.

3. Bar. On the territory of several bars, drinks and cocktails in unlimited quantities, any of the local alcohol for free and imported alcohol was paid.
4. Playground. Covered, enclosed by a fence with one entrance, rubberized coating and there is also a children's club, which worked at certain hours during the day and in the evening. The child really liked it, because. there with children animators draw, play, add puzzles and a designer.
5. Entertainment. On the territory there is a water park and amusement park for free - for children and even for adults : ) Animation is very "live" all day long - aqua aerobics, competitions in the pool, yoga, darts, football, volleyball, shooting from air rifles. In the evening there is a mini disco for kids, after it there are performances (different every day), after the performance a program for adults (karaoke, live music, etc. ), late in the evening a disco. There is a gym and sauna for free. WiFi caught throughout the hotel, in the room and even on the beach.
6. Staff. Very polite and friendly, they always smiled, and it was possible to solve any issue (once they forgot the child’s cap in the restaurant, then they returned, turned to the first employee they met, so he ran around the restaurant himself, found out from the waiters who found and eventually brought us our cap. A trifle, but nice). The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, even when we didn’t ask : ) And it didn’t depend on the availability and size of tips - one day we didn’t have small money, so we didn’t leave it, but this did not affect the quality of cleaning, the next day they left tea in double size, because. It's nice that they don't beg for tips.
7. Territory. The territory is large and green, a huge swimming pool 140cm deep, children's 40cm, and 80cm with slides and another one with slides 140cm. There are disinfectants all over the place. Everywhere is clean and tidy, running barefoot on the grass is generally wonderful. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is pebble. At the exits from the beach there are showers and changing cabins.

8. Vacationers. Mostly families with children from different countries and foreign pensioners : ) Only we were from Ukraine, another family and a girl animator. Russians - 40 percent, the rest are Germans, French, Poles, Slovaks, Turks, etc. Everyone behaves very culturally, no one suffered from gluttony and excessive drinking, everyone tries to dress appropriately in a restaurant (I did not see anyone in shorts and flip flops : ) )
In general, we didn’t like the rest only because we were there only 7 nights : ) Next time we will probably go for 10 nights, because. I liked everything very much, it was sad to leave . . Thank you Sherwood, we will come again!
