Having seen a lot of hotels, I met such a boorish attitude of the staff for the first time!! ! The reception is rude, the restaurant is rude, the room is not cleaned!! ! At the reception, when we decided to make a remark about the fact that at 19:00 our room had not yet been cleaned, we were told that if something does not suit us, relax in another hotel !!!! ! The safe didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work, there was no wifi, there was mold in the bathroom!! ! I won't go to this hotel again and I don't recommend it to others!
