The interior of the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail, expensive materials in decoration, design approach. Comfort is felt in every corner.
Large area of the main building with beautiful view terraces. Every evening on the terrace the bartender makes 2 kinds of different cocktails, very tasty!
If you don't want these, as soon as you sit down, the waiter will immediately offer you others. You do not have to sit and wait for a waiter for a long time, as is sometimes the case on vacation, they immediately find you themselves.
The whole territory is immersed in flowers. And what about the underground passage from the main building to the pool area, flashlights, aquariums with fish built into the walls of the passage.
The hotel has a guest relations department (there are 5-7 employees at the counters who speak different languages at the same time). Also at the reception there are employees who speak different languages.
The main restaurant accommodates a large number of guests at the same time. All safety measures are observed (food behind glass, issued strictly by hotel workers in gloves).
You will not see dirty tables during dinner or lunch, the staff monitors this very strictly and immediately clean and process for the next vacationers.
The food in the restaurant is varied, there is a diet. In the children's restaurant, you can additionally take children's juices, purees, yogurts, milk.
In the a la carte restaurant, everything is very tasty, fast, beautiful.

You will not find such a huge pool in any other hotel.

Buses run to the beach, 5 minutes drive. The maximum waiting time for filling the bus is 5 minutes. The beach itself is small, but there were always enough sunbeds for everyone. There are lifeguards on the beach and throughout the day, employees monitor the cleanliness of the beach.

Shrimp, squid, tuna, many types of cheese, olives, black olives, everything is very diverse and a lot of eyes run wide. a lot of things they didn’t try were dumplings, sushi and confectionery bypassed eating with their eyes. They have their own bakery. The bartenders and waiters are super experts in their field, especially the cool bartender in the VIP bar. The waiters themselves are very attentive, they bring wine, beer is removed very quickly, everyone is smiling at the vacationers. The hotel itself. . . one continuous location for photos, every corner is beautiful! a bunch of bars and cafes.
Food and alcohol are excellent. Everything from under the knife, frying fish in front of you and putting it on a plate, cooking corn and hot on a plate !! ! Sea of desserts! Drinks - a lot!
Spa... it's generally a separate buzz. From hot water pools to knee-high pools for kids! There is also a salt pool. . . baths, saunas, hammam and a salt room with a relaxation room!!!
The room is clean, small. . . but it has everything!!!

And more. . . lost the phone at 5 pm, rushed that he disappeared at 1 o'clock in the morning. Already at the reception are sealed in a bag, waiting for the owner!
A restaurant, yes, a restaurant! Big and beautiful. There is a lot of food and everything is delicious - meat (lamb, turkey, veal, chicken), fish (sea bass, mackerel, red fish and a few more species, I don’t remember the name), vegetables, fruits, salads, a variety of greens, first courses, a large selection of cheeses , sauces, pastries, a sea of sweets, drinks, including freshly squeezed juices. Even if you try a teaspoon of each dish, you still can’t try everything. Dishes were prepared using different techniques - grilling, stewing, baking, boiled, steamed in different variations. The restaurant staff in clean ironed clothes (white top, black bottom) worked like bees, you just had to look or raise your hand and you will have tea, juices, any alcohol, more on that later.
The territory is something, it is huge - gorgeous pools, many flowers, palm trees, greenery, an imitation of the Maldives! aquapark. In the tunnels, to move from one pool to another, aquariums with different fish. Not many people due to the pandemic. Therefore, it seemed that this palace with a rich territory was only for us.
The hotel building is very beautiful, inside it is divided into different zones, each with its own design and furniture. Lots of fresh flowers. 14 bars with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, sweets, fast food, ice cream. Alcohol is decent, there is also "elite". Bartenders, as a rule, poured as much as they wanted, they tried to make delicious cocktails. There were, of course, those who grimaced because they did not give a tip. We thanked those who smiled and tried. Animation due to the pandemic is weak, although we had fun and interesting. Every evening they played the violin and piano.
One thing - the sea! It is far away, however, the transfer regularly, every half an hour, drove tourists. We were disappointed with the beach, the sand and pebbles are some kind of gray, dusty. Because of this, the water is not transparent, muddy. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone. There is a bar on the beach. The owners of the hotel, this needs to be improved. It seems that the beach is not of this hotel at all, such a strong contrast, a beautiful hotel and a miserable beach.
We were without children, there are a lot of slides and pools for them. Since the territory is large, the children's areas are separate from adults. I think it is very convenient for parents with children.
Shopping… went on a transfer from the guide. They regretted it, the prices are cosmic, they don’t want to bargain, if we don’t buy, they are offended. In general, the shopping was not successful. My advice is to go to the shops yourself, not from a guide.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest. Solid 8, had a beautiful beach and sea - 10.
We went to lunch - and there again, horror, smelly chicken thighs, lamb meat from an elderly lamb, from which the smell is 2 meters, mackerel, which is weathered, rice and pasta and Deshark mashed potatoes (quick cooking, it generally killed us). Dinner was the same. For 7 days in this hotel there was only lamb with a smell, a couple of times veal stew, chicken baked with smell or salt, mackerel fish, bream, once a tuna steak that could kill, and the first time a salmon steak with some kind of sauce with sour cream, the second time fried to charcoal, and the third time the same charcoal salmon was stewed with vegetables.
The animation of this hotel is a separate issue. Before leaving, we checked with the tour operator all the nuances, karaoke, animation, hookahs, in response we received that everything is there and working, and upon arrival we found out that karaoke does not work due to COVID, and hookahs do not smoke. Discos with Turkish music, and children's entertainment in the evening is dancing to aramzamzam ((((.
The water park in this hotel is cool, but is open from 14.00 to 18.00.
The hotel was so upset that they wanted to change it, but when they found out that we were giving them the entire amount that we paid for the hotel, there was also a fine of 600 euros, and we changed our minds about moving to another hotel. The hotel is not worth the money, my advice is not to go to this hotel.
I flew from Kyiv with Azur Air. Everything went according to plan without delay and there and back.
The flight was at 3.30 in the morning, at 5.45 we already landed in Turkey, we were at the hotel at about 8.00, settled at 14.00.
Now the review of the hotel itself))):
1. Hotel. The hotel itself looks chic from the outside inside (beautiful floors, chandeliers, elevators, soft chairs, sofas). In general, different interiors every 15 meters and sometimes it seems that you are moving from one country to another so accurately everything is conveyed. The glass staircase and the chandelier in the hall are something. In general, every centimeter pleases the eye.
2. Number. The interior of the rooms is restrained, classic, without pomposity (as, for example, in Granada in Alanya, where the rooms are luxurious). Shower gel and shampoo - bulk, separately put in jars hair balm, body lotion, shaving foam and razor, toothbrush and paste. If there is no foam, razor, paste, brush (as we had), just call the gestrelation and they will bring everything to you. The room has a hair dryer (called Valera? ))), air conditioning (with convenient power and temperature control), TV (with a bunch of channels from different countries), refrigerator (minibar (fanta, cola, sprite, beer, water) replenished every day), kettle (tea, instant coffee, dry cream, sugar are also replenished every day).
3. Sea/Beach. Yes, the hotel is on the second line, but I don’t consider it ITS minus. The bus takes exactly 5 minutes to the beach. And this trip is always very fun, because the bus has no windows, music plays, and if you come across funny fellow travelers, then they also went with dancing and songs)). There are a lot of hotels on the first line and it takes 5-10 minutes to go to the sea in the heat, but here with a breeze and sitting, so everything is in order with that. The sea, because the entrance is sandy, does not seem very clean, but if you sail away, the color changes to turquoise and the sea itself is transparent. The beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone because a maximum of 10% of hotel visitors go, the rest are in the pools. Bar opens at 10.00, food at 12.30. Eat (hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, meatballs, salads, chicken skewers) and drink on the beach there is enough choice, many do not even go for lunch.
4. Food. The food is really killer. Although I have the experience of an all-inclusive holiday, it’s impossible to hold back and not try EVERYTHING))). Even for breakfast there is a large selection of snacks, salads, yogurts, even tuna and sometimes even chicken (I haven’t seen it anywhere). And baking in the morning is not just rolls with different syrup on top, but fruit pies, muffins, croissants, rolls with chocolate, custard and much more. Lunch and dinner are not particularly different, sometimes I even liked lunch more, but for dinner, on the terrace, they separately serve a dish of the evening with a beautiful serving, like in a restaurant. The menu is always chicken, fish, turkey, veal, twice there was lamb, many starters, several side dishes, 2-3 soups, salads / vegetables, pasta, sushi, pizza.
5. Desserts. Connoisseurs of delicious desserts, and not just sweets, will love this hotel. The pastry chef is simply a master of his craft. Everything made of chocolate and with chocolate is simply masterpieces. In general, every day desserts changed for lunch and dinner, and they are very diverse. I have not seen such a palette of tastes and quality anywhere else, for which special thanks. Regarding my own confectionery workshop, I was somewhat surprised because it turned out that everything was paid and only on order. It’s just that you can eat like that only if you try before you buy. I took for presents. Lokum costs $10 per kilo, sweets - $20. Also from the desserts in the hotel is insanely delicious ice cream (which is put in balls in a cone or creamer). There is never too much of it, eat and you can not eat))
6. Drinks. The hotel has both local and imported alcoholic drinks. Where to look for imports can be found in the number in the corresponding booklet. There are also packaged juices, fresh juices, grain coffee from machines (and in the evening in the lobby they even brew in a Turk in the sand).
7. Pools/Aquapark. There are many pools in the hotel, but the main one is of course a huge 300 meter one. It is amazing and this is the feature of this hotel. Because of him, people don’t go to the sea))) The water park is also decent, there is even an elevator to the slides, but there are not always enough circles and you have to wait. Special attention deserves the pool and the territory of the "Maldives". There will certainly get the coolest pictures)).
8. Animation. The animation is unobtrusive, which is a plus for me. Always offer, but do not insist. Every day in the evening different shows and disco. For children there are kids clubs.
9. Service/Personnel. Usually I do not have this item, but here I am obliged to write about it. There are sooo many staff and all the hotel staff make a good impression from the first second. Everyone is so friendly and smiling, it seems like you are on another planet. Everyone is busy with something every minute, even on the beach your sunbed is constantly wiped of sand and garbage is removed every half hour. I would like to express my special gratitude to the Granada Trio team, which fills every evening with high-quality music (piano, violins). They are very talented and charming.
Conclusion: if you doubt whether to go here or not, do not hesitate, you will remember and enjoy this vacation. I was very pleased and did not find a single significant minus. Everything was just wonderful, only a pity that the rest always ends quickly. I strongly recommend everyone to go here))
