So, in fact. When planning a vacation, we chose one well-known tour operator, after reading the description of the hotel on the official website of this operator - built in 2019.4 *, 950 meters from the beach and there is a transfer to the sea, an all-inclusive system, a safe, a telephone, etc. we are with a large enthusiastically bought a tour. And as it turned out in vain! Arriving at the hotel, the first thing we were warned was that the pool bar was paid, the transfer to the sea is carried out at 10.00 in the morning and at 14.00 in the afternoon. Vacationers living in this hotel sympathized with us while standing at the reception. To my question, tell me what is wrong here, they only said that you yourself will see everything. Surprised, we went up to the room, the key to which was given to us by the guy at the reception. And much to our surprise, they wanted to settle us in a room in which someone had already lived. We went downstairs, the guy was frightened and gave us a room overlooking the pool at our request. . And then we go into the room. . . the hotel is new, 2019, and the furniture is all old, with defects, as we assumed from another hotel! The carpet is half faded! The tulle is wrinkled, the phone does not work (ancient), because it simply has a plug, to which there is no connector in the wall. A floor lamp, or whatever you call it, a lamp without a plug at all, just a wire comes from it and lies on the carpet. There is simply no trash can and a regular toilet brush in the room. There is no safe for storing valuables at all (as we were told, there is no specialist who could install it). Electric meter, or rather the wires from it in the public domain, I will attach a photo. In the bathroom, the towel holder is fixed in such a way that people whose height is more than 1 m 70 cm simply cannot go to the sink, you need to bend down a lot, like my husband, for example. Hot water was not available at first. As we later realized, it was just necessary to open the tap and wait 10 minutes and it would appear. After what we saw, we left the room shocked and decided to have a bite to eat, as we still had time for dinner. Along the aisle on our floor, dirty dishes were everywhere on the floor, and broken, fragments were under our and neighboring doors. Dinner did not please us either, there was nothing to eat, only pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, a lot of sauces and leftover rice were on the table! When asked why there was no food at all, we were told that we just arrived late, and it was an hour before the end of dinner! Frustrated, we went outside the hotel to the market and bought something to eat. Animation in the evening, of course, there was no. On the second day of our stay, we attended breakfast. And he didn't make us happy either. I'll attach a photo. At 10 am, a transfer to the sea arrived for the vacationers. As it turned out, 3.6 km to the sea, and not 950 m. The beach bar is chargeable. The workers on the beach are like overseers, they walk, stand above the soul. Feelings of rest and relaxation in such moments are generally absent! At 12.00 transfer - minibus takes back to the Hotel. Thus, in the morning you have the opportunity to swim for only 2 hours, or take a taxi for a fee for $ 5, or walk 3.6 km at a temperature of 32 degrees. By the way transfer at 17.00 from the beach generally broke))))) Thank God we didn't go to the beach at all after lunch, as we had a meeting with the guide. The guide arrived, we expressed all the claims about this hotel and how it is possible to deceive people like that with false information on their website. As a result, we were moved the next day, the third day of our stay, to a 5 * hotel for a surcharge of 410 euros. While we were waiting for a transfer to another good hotel, new vacationers came in, who approached us, apparently seeing our “happy” faces, and upset they said that there were no hangers in their room, there was a hole in the wall covered with a picture. In general, vacationers in this hotel do not get any pleasure. And by the way, about the free bar near the restaurant. It had vodka, beer, tea, coffee and everything! At first, one bartender said no beer, and next to him the bartender said that there was)))) in general, now, of course, describing this horror is funny to us, but at that moment we were extremely upset. Thank God we were moved to an excellent hotel, where everything is really inclusive and the service is at the level, if you want to go on foot to the sea, if you want a transfer (every 3 minutes), everything is on the beach for relaxation, you play football, volleyball, eat fruit all the time. By the way, there were no fruits in White Angel for three days of stay. And in general, in White angel, no one cares about you. The staff is out of uniform, you can't actually tell who it is.
